First of all I ordered curbside, waited 10 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready and went inside. Got my smoothie and asked for a straw and the lady literally rolled her eyes and sighed. Cause asking for a straw was sooooooo inconvenient. She literally had to just turn around. It was pretty rude & my smoothie was definitely made wrong and melted by the time I actually got it. This is my neighbor hood location and I used to enjoy coming here but it seems like they got new staff that could really careless. Really won't be coming to this one anymore. Just problem after problem. Don't even think about ordering food during lunch time either!
Food was great. Decent pricing. Only issue I found was the staff wasn't able to handle what customers they had. Two girls to take care of a full dining room is a bit too much for any restaurant
I ordered a detox green smoothie online for in store pickup. I stood there waiting for my drink to be made while they prepared everyone’s drink that was in line. Mine was preordered and should have been ready when I arrived. I got all the way home and I realized why my drink took so long. I was given someone else’s drink. They ordered an island green smoothie with a bunch of added sugar. The detox smoothie has 180 calories and the island green has 480! I was mortified. I’m on a diet and counting calories. Busy or not, they need to slow down so they can get the orders right. What if I had an allergy to something in that drink? Unacceptable. Won’t go to this location again.
A worker named Isaiah in the Canton store made me a special smoothie that was just delicious. I was really undecided on what to get and he suggested a smoothie he makes for himself all the time.I think it should be added to the menu! really good!
Haven't been to the location on Warren rd Westland in quite sometime due to the rude and unprofessional, unpleasant staff. They reacted as if I'm interrupting their day by placing my order. Food is mediocre at best n staff needs to reevaluate they're position working with the general public. Too many other choices bye tropical smoothie

Nathian was horrible, worst customer service exp.. you’re lucky I dont sue you! Made my wife and I our smoothies and then walked in the back with them to do whatever and talk to his co workers… then came back out and said I’ll remake them for your after I was yelling the hell are you doing to my food… don’t ever go there!!! I called corporate!!
Just waited 10mins in line behind 1 person before leaving. Making orders 1 at a time rather than set up multiple smoothies. Place is running inefficiently and needs a leader. At least 5-6 employees working so it doesn't seem staffing is the issue today.
Spent $2.00 to get two sides of corn in this picture, that is a joke, didn't even eat the corn yet and that's how much is in there.
I came he a few months ago. Manager Brittany Spat on me and called me a cracker when I asked where the bathroom was. This was extra disturbing to me because I’m black. I feel like this was racially motivated. I came back a few days later and she was mopping the floor. Serves her right !
