Got an iced capp in drive thru, set it in cup holder, picked it up a minute later to drink, it leaked all over car and me. Had to drive straight home to change clothes. Took me 40 minutes to clean it all out of my brand new car. Cup had a slit half way up the side from the bottom.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Every time I come to this restaurant you wait in line in the drive through for 45 mins. Today I decided to go in to order Togo. Mind you we waited another 15 mins before we where waited on my tim bits I ordered for my son where given to someone else that ordered after me. Then I waited another 15 mins to get the rest of my order I ordered a blueberry bagel with just egg and bacon. I got that but it looks like they dipped it in oil I can't even eat it. The store is very disturbing as it's filthy food and garbage all over the place in the back I mean use it does get dirty when working in fast food due to being busy but that's why your supposed to clean up in between orders I've worked fast food and never had our store this dirty. There's food all under the work stations and garbage. I'll never come here again.
My tea was hot but I had to wait until the girl was done chatting with another coworker before she decided to hand it to me.
It's frustrating to me that 9 time out of 10 when I order a sausage double egg and cheese bagel and I specify I want it double egg, I'm told "it automatically comes as a double" but then I get the sandwich and it isn't a double! I've gone 2 times in the last 3 days and been assured it comes with 2 eggs, and yet neither time has it actually come with 2 eggs. Very frustrating.
This Tim Hortons has a new manager and things have gotten so much better than previous management. The staff has been friendly and I have noticed that issues get addressed almost immediately.
Very poor service , gave me my order without any sugar , cream for my coffee . Very racial staff on duty . If you’re having a bad day don’t ever transfer it to your customers

This is the most convenient Tim Hortons and I refuse to go to it. Food is always old, they do not know how to lightly toast something, the coffee is not fresh and their ice cap machine is either down or they don't make it right and then get and attitude because I ask them to remake it. Gladly go out of my way to another Tim Hortons.
I ordered 2 small timbits, and they gave me 10/box as per usual... but the same flavor in each box... my vanilla cream donut was half custard, which was a waste. but seriously, who wants to eat 10 of the same donut?? Won't be back to waste my money.
I’ve come often and multiple times have been charged $30 for a $15 order. Will be charged at the window and charged again an hour after I leave. Ironically the same thing has happened to my family members who come here. Want to give people the benefit of the doubt but after a few times it feels like it’s not an accident
