Got my order wrong after her asking me twice if I wanted sausage or bacon. Coffee was hardly warm. Line is usually long and slow. This particular morning no cars in line and it was still extremely slow.. I’ll take my money else where. The quality is just not the same at any Tim Hortons anymore..
Horrible! Every time I go to this particular Tim Hortons and order a bacon, double egg, and cheese bagel (#4 Sandwich for $3.99 on their menu) they always give you one egg and try to upcharge you if you ask for 2 eggs even though its a double egg sandwhich! They always put one egg!! >_< Their is always some type of price difference from what's on the menu if you don't pay attention or say anything. Worst Tim Hortons around. Won't be going back.
Great time Hortons but they’re always closed. Hours show open but they’re closed and you only know after driving there. 4th or 5th time this happened

Frequently closed without warning. Multiple times ive seen drive through lines wrapped around the building not moving at all. Come to find out there is nobody inside the restaurant and theyre closed. The drive through has no sign letting people know they're closed.
This Place opens and closes when they want, their card machine is always broken, the service window is dirty, the menu sign is raggedy, bad for the neighborhood .
Came here around 5 am two nights ago, apparently the women opened up at 5am when she usually opens up at 6am.I wish I knew here name but I don't,great hard worker we need more like her.only complaint is the drive through speaker needs fixing because I couldn't understand her and she had a hard time understanding me.she still ended up getting my order correct.thank u for opening up an hour early for us keep up the great work unknown women,proud of you.
I’m aware every place is short staffed but this location is never open, even on a Saturday morning. They need to update their hours online. Might as well close this location permanently.
I like the people who work here, but I sort of don’t get this place. I know they are short hand because of Covid, but here it is Christmas Eve, I made sure to check, they are supposed to be open till 4 PM. Someone crossed off the 4 and put in 12 noon. It’s 11:54 the one employee is sitting inside on his phone waving me off, doesn’t want to be bother with the customer.
I ordered a number 6 with chips and a coke and some Timbits for my kids. Was in a hurry after waiting a long time in line and didn’t check the bag. Everything was wrong with my order. Instead of a grilled cheese, I got a bacon and egg sandwich that was cold and a hash brown with a Diet Coke. In the box of ten Timbits I only got 7. I never leave reviews but I spent $10 and it was really bad. I should have checked the bag and asked for a receipt. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because the man at the window was polite and kind.
