Idk who puts almost a full cup of cream and a tad bit of coffee in a cup I'll be going back to Dunkin y'all sick
It's alright, by no means the best but they get my order right twice out of three. Good staff, but food quality is okay at best.
Went through the drive thru for 6 pack of donuts and 1 large coffee and was charged 10.49! I didn't think of how high the price was until leaving the window!
Great service. All of the window staff were super polite and my coffee was fixed exactly like I wanted it.
This place is the worst TIM Hortons! Last night I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino and all they gave me was a cup a coffee and added foam. The worst part is when the foam came out the lid the guy takes a glove and whipes my lid with it. I also went a month before with my husband and the Tim bits taste old and were sooooooo dry. This place is nasty and I will never visit theirs store again.
I try to give this place a shot once a week when I am looking for something quick to go with my energy drink, but everytime they are usually out of something or something is broken. "No ice today", "No bacon", "Grill is down", "No ham", "I don't know why that is still on the menu, we don't serve that anymore" are things I hear far too often. Now I only try to get timbits and very often they are coated in a rock hard sugar coated layer. The staff is friendly though.
The service there is NOT friendly. No one says Hi or even cares that you walk in and want a donut or coffee, etc. I feel bad for the owners that they had to stoop as low as to hire these ill- mannered, ungrateful, and rude employees.Last time here. The best part was when I added a tip to the tip cup and she didn't say thank you. She just gave me a mean look. Not cool. Wasting company money on cheap labor.....
The older woman here with gray hair is awful and rude. Worst service I've ever received. This is not the 1st time either. She literally threw our food at us. This is ridiculous. They would rather keep an awful employee and ruin their business than get rid of someone. Don't go here
Tim Hortons locations in Canada are now not serving truck drivers as they are participating in a Convoy Protest. Um, doesn't every Tim's need trucks to deliver their goods? Sorry Tim but I'm done with all your locations everywhere unless corporate makes a statement and demands locations to not discriminate. This was my main location for some Tim's.Support freedom, support truckers, support the supply chain and stop buying Tim Hortons.
Positives / the only reason they could have had 2 stars and not 1: They sell coffee, kind of, and the staff are always helpful. Now will they have what coffee and what drink you want? Lol. See below.Negatives: Everything else. They almost never have what you want. This isn't the staff, it might not even be on management, could be a Michigan thing. But facts are facts- they are always out of something and it'll probably be what you want. The food is not made fresh, does not taste fresh, and has never tasted fresh. I've tried this one out once a week for the past month when I've got a hankering for fats and sugar in the morning. 6am, 7am, 8am, nope. Food tasted disgusting every time.1 Star Rating: A vast majority of their services are limited, the food does not taste fresh and isn't even close to it, and despite their positivity I've gone out of my way to search for and find a new breakfast place and have one now. You could probably offer me free breakfast here for a month, and I'd happily say "No thanks but thank you."
