The food was excellent and the staff nice. They are under construction now but are working at full capacity. You will not feel that it is under construction. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was difficult to find a parking space and then the waiting period to find a free table was about 40 minutes.
Awful! Filthy. This was to the right of my husband and under our table. This is the onion blossom we waited 40 minutes for. 50 minutes and my medium steak is Jerky and dry. We will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
My family of 4 visited this location for my daughters birthday dinner on Friday. The prime rib was excellent. The best part of our meal was the service. Sue was on point. She had a trainee, who was kind and attentive as well. Everything was delicious and the margaritas are an absolute must. Thanks again Sue! You are a sweetheart ❤️
Ordered Dinner tonight from Texas Road House Westland on line for drive thru pickup. Extremely busy Friday night. Ticket was entered in at 7:52pm order ticket time pick 8:15pm seems reasonable right? Well wrong wife called at 8:43pm the staff said that they were running behind. New employees some thing went wrong. She would print my ticket now and send it to the kitchen. We have just received our dinner order at 8:54pm. WOW THE SERVICE. NOT GOOD. In the future please send a notification so that customers who are waiting for pick up service actually get service. Not just waiting. Have respect for drive thru customers as a paying customer inside.
Gotta try the 8oz. Salmon with mash potatoes and a sweet potato! The Kenny Chesney Cooler is the only time I drink, it is the best margarita ever!
Friendly and attentive hostess and waitstaff! The food was very good. Watch those delicious yeast rolls....where you can easily eat 3 or 4 of them in no time...LOL!!! I went with my son on a Thursday around 4:45 in the afternoon. The place was hopping, but we were still seated immediately and the food came out quick. I definitely recommend this Texas Roadhouse! 5 out 5 stars.
The steaks were cooked to perfection! There was no wait time to be seated when we arrived around 230p on a Sunday. The server was great and we will definitely go back!
Only two stars because the server was the only good part of the experience. My husbands steak was supposed to be med rare and it came out rare. I was supposed to have prime rib but it was entirely burnt. I’ve given this location several chances but they can’t seem to get it right. The manager asked “is it burnt” after I told her it was and showed it to her. This was my birthday dinner none of which I are. Save yourself the trouble and go to Ann Arbor. My husband said when we walked in the guys in the back that were doing the steaks gave each other a high five and said “at least we got that table right” which leads me to believe they were messing up other orders tonight.
