Went to pick up my order and the lady was very rude. (Shorter girl with dreads) Talking down to me like I couldn't understand what she was saying and raised her voice with an attitude. I placed a mobile order for pick up inside. I waited outside until my order was ready. I told her I placed a mobile order and it was ready. She could of just handed it too me but instead told me I had to wait in the backed up line for 30 mins. I come to this location often and I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. She should not be in customer service. I understand its fast food but its NOT professional at all.
Out of all the Taco Bell’s this is one of the better ones. The line tends to be short most of the time. Other Taco Bell’s have longer lines and mess up the order.On the downside their hours don’t seem to be consistent and they are remodeling the inside which I think is part of the problem.Also, they sometimes shutdown the drive-thru to only pick up orders which isn’t the best.
Mexican Pizza is back... it was good but they messed up on my ingredients a couple times. It was a little sloppy too but still good.
Terrible service and rude staff. We made an online order for Mexican Pizza, they took the money, and when we got there they said the order didn't exist. Then to top that off, we tried to show proof of payment, were then told to call someone else and that they were out of Mexican Pizza. HORRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend that store to anyone
Rediculas portion. Wish I could give zero stars. When I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. I was polite, but the woman just hung up and wouldn't answed the phone.
This was very disappointing but not surprising. Given that ALL the times we’ve gone here it had been disgusting. Unfortunately this time all the tacos had been filled with grease. The whole bag was practically drenched. Definitely contacting Taco Bell tomorrow.
This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I can't believe anyone that receives paychecks from this particular Taco Bell would serve this, it's unacceptable! Shut this place DOWN! Look at the nasty, greasy tacos and how they cut my quesadilla. Whoever is in charge needs to be REMOVED!
I haven't gone here in a long time, but it was a last minute decision right before home. I was amazed at how fast the drive thru was actually moving. I asked for soft tacos, no lettuce, extra cheese...Ummmmm, where's my extra cheese I PAID FOR? Meat and cheese barely in tacos, if at all. Now, I know why the line was moving so fast.Yup, I'm officially done with them.
I got in line at the drive thru..then was told "DOORDASH ONLY" I went and ordered through Doordash (which was fine) i asked the young lady at the window for sauce. She gave me 2 mild sauce packs for 8 tacos and 2 nacho bellgrandes. I totally understand portion control but for the price? A little ridiculous especially because of the inconvenience. This taco bell has always been slacking on customer service. Save yourself the headache and drive a 1/2 mile out of your way to get what your paying for!!
DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS GHETTO! I wasted $30 and I didn't get what I ordered, I ordered two taco supremes and two bean burritos, I asked for no red sauce and I wanted sour cream, both burritos had extra red sauce, and I only got two regular tacos.
