Place still doesn’t have ice, have the pop machines don’t work. No tea ever!!! Place sucks!!!
Worst service ever and I have been here number of times. Came in for a salad and was made nothing like it’s suppose to be. Put while spinach in the bottom of the bowl with all the toppings on top of it. I asked numerous and numerous of times if he was going to cut the stuff up and mix it. Then looks at me stupid. I worked at subway at stark and Plymouth rd just a month or so ago. Asked for a full refund after getting down to eat and low and behold there was full leaves of spinach. I will never go here again
I came in at 815, two minutes after another customer walked in and was being served. I was rudely told they were closed. I asked if they could just help me since I only wanted one sub and the two gentlemen laughed at me and said that's great, we still aren't doing it. Why is the customer who walked in 2 minutes before me being served and I was rudely turned away. I also saw another customer go into the store and she said the two men working were very rude to her as well. I come here because of the great service given by wolf, but if I am going to treated badly then I will stop coming here.
Idk about these other reviews, maybe I just got lucky with the staff but place online order and man, it was thee best sub and subway I’ve had yet!
Over all it was a pleasurable experience. Got 4 stars because they still haven't brought back Italian dressing. I mean come on, what sub shop doesn't carry Italian dressing?

Speaking as a door dash delivery driver. If a driver is standing in line. Why do you still continue to skip over the door dash driver ? It's first come first serve. Dd order comes through. You do the customers inline. Then make the dd order even if a new customer enters. Not the subway on palmer and Wayne road . They will skip the dd order all together and expect us to wait 30 minutes. Order will be late rating affected . Well my goal is to get locations line this blocked off the door dash GrubHub Uber eats platforms. I have filed three complaints already. Twice I was paid extra for the longer wait.
They all was mess my order up rushing. I only have 30 mins for break i dont have time to always come back. But they do fix it without a hassle
New staff is wonderful well most of them the older Caucasian man that limps when he walks is an exception he was rude had a attitude I believe if you hate your job that much then don't do it if your going to do customer service then get your act together the rest of the crew was amazing some guy with a huge beard very kind and caring professional Indian man working in the back was very nice all over new crew awesome choice in employees great experience
I asked for an Italian BMT and they only gave me two pieces a different meeting supposed to be three the sub was flat and then he didn’t put enough of anything on there is either he had of been a new worker but it just was not me right at all I have more bread than the veggie
