Coffee that tastes like water. Cheap quality and beans. They’re the reason I drive an extra mile to get Tim Horton coffee.
I placed an order thru the app for a mocha with extra Carmel drizzle and oat milk. When I got there 10 min later it was ready and she made it on the spot. When I took the lid off to see if she put the Carmel drizzle on top, she said I did put it on top!! But she didn’t even put whip cream on top so I know there was no Carmel. I had to get to work but once I tasted it, I knew there was no Carmel drizzle like I asked and paid for!!!
I ordered a shaken espresso with white mocha, which is suppose to have 4 shots in it and a splash of milk. Literally this taste like milk with a slash of coffee, I use to work at Starbucks and unless the recipe for this drink changed it’s literally no different then an iced white mocha just more expensive ? pretty much why I’ve started going to other places for my coffee now because Every time I get Starbucks my drink is bad
The baristas were fantastic and super sweet!! My visit today was amazing and I'll be back!
Great hotel! People were polite and professional. Room was top notch and cleaned each day.
They have gotten more staff lately which has made it better. I usually order online and sometimes they can take a while but they get a lot of orders so it's understandable. The staff is very nice though I must say, very quick to accommodate if there are any issues.
Went there this morning after church. As I drove over there, got out of the car and went to open the door a young woman announced they were closing in store service and we're only serving those in the drive-through. Big franchises starting to avoid serving customers in store or providing dining room service or orders. As a senior citizen I would recommend as consumers we start to boycott those food services. Plenty of other retailers sell coffee that will be cheaper, faster and taste just as good.
Daughter wanted a pink drink for her 16th birthday. Rude employee didn't even greet us. Rudely told us she was taking her break after making the drink she was making for the previous customer. One more drink could've been a 5 star review. Sad!
They are very friendly at this location. My drink was made to order. All good. I will return and recomend them.
I like this location a lot. Always pretty fast, orders have always been accurate.
