I drove in with my son and pushed the red button and the lady asked if I was picking up an order. I replied "no" and then mumbled and never got back to me. This happened 3 times, so I decided to walk in. Wow, this place is nasty! I mean I saw food laying next to what looks like a basement floor drain, garbage everywhere. A bunch of employees talking to each other and did not even pay any attention to me like they don't give a you know what. I told my son no way we will eat from this place.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place used to be a gem of Westland now it's an absolute joke. The attendant told us we had to call Grub Hub to have food delivered to the car stall. Worst food in Westland. Took the family to Culver's instead, everyone was bright & cheery. Got our ice cream and had an amazing night.
The staff was rude. Stall times stated until 10pm on a Saturday but we were informed they were for online orders. Our food was fresh and the drinks were good.
Food order was .messed up once Again. The manager there and most of the employees are rude, the manager would rather be friends and goof around then make their customers happy. They are always goofing off instead of paying attention to the orders
Would rate 0 stars but not available. Waited in the drive thru line for a half hour just for them to tell me they justed closed, but they took the guys order in front of me?!!! But was my first and last time I will be going to this location for sure you lost my money for good ? ?
Sonic was the worst four days ago we spent $50 dollars just for our order to be wrong twice at the window, I asked for my money back but was told the right order was coming up only to get the bag a second time and it was wrong , third time it was wrong the manager gave me a large order for the mess up but maybe they was in a rush but I rather wait and have my food right then for it to be rushed and have my order wrong with an problem. So it's a no for me the service was poor and I'm sure we was not the only customers who the manager had to replace an order for that day.
Used the app to order food I would never receive. I ordered food on the app and drove to this location just to wait an hour for 2 slushies. Someone walked in and the employees started screaming inside the building, the same person then ran out and started walking towards the mall. 1 employee came out, then it was 5. One by one yelling and recording at the same person, who was now at the mall. There were 6 employees standing outside when myself and several other cars left without our orders.
Literally always the worst experience ever. We come here because it's the closest but next time we will just go to the 7 mile one. It's worth the extra drive. They're employees are always rude. I know staffing can be hard so I understand being drive thru only and the long line, I just wish they were more polite.
Little advice if customers get in your drive thru 20 minutes before you close, you should still take their order after 10 . Thanks for wasting our time.
We love the food. It's always good here, orders are correct. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait.
