The service was decent, cut n dry, no biggie just do your job. The food was definitely a let down. They got my order wrong and tried to defend it the fried pickles should’ve just been a ball of pickles and batter, my daughter didn’t want her chicken fingers and fries really and my sons onion rings seemed as if they sat in the grease. It’s not even busy, in fact a little slow. Not our usual Red Robin but this location definitely needs help in the kitchen

My friends and I went in pretty late, about 9:30 (they were closing at 10:45, I believe). Notably, they gave us a seat before the whole party of 5 arrived which was nice.The waitress (I can’t remember her name, but she was about 5’4 with blonde hair) had worked a 10 hour shift and was honest about it. But she was lovely, and joked around with us. Her and the manager (a 6’2 fella with a beard) enjoyed watching my friend tackle a 7 patty burger.For it to be so unfavorable of conditions on their part, they gave us excellent service. The food was delish, the staff superb, and I recommend more people to leave a good review anytime they have a good time.

Had a luncheon for 15 guests after a funeral service. Their handling of or group was excellent. Our server “Madison” was the best. She handle our group very well. The food was all prepared to our satisfaction. It was the best .

We just got this delightful raw salmon from you guys off of Door Dash. As a chef of thirteen years this is the most undercooked fish I've seen in my life. So, basically you seared the top so fast the rest never cooked. This'll kill someone.

Antonio gave great service however I leave 1 star because the food was awful and the manager on duty never did table checks to ask how our experience went. It was the first time I got to see my mom and dad due to covid in over 2 years. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food and it was a very slow night. I told the manager on the way out the food was horrible his response was, "yup, yup" needless to say stay clear of this place. They are over prices and the portions are no where near fair. The fish and chips SUCK. I will never step foot in another Red Robin, period.

I had dinner with a friend. Food was great. However my friend and I sat at the table for an hour and a half after our server went home. Not one single employee asked us how we were doing or if we wanted anything. I certainly could have used another beer. And I'm a pretty good tipper too.

The food was good. Server was nice.Just SLOOOOOOOWWW service.It took about 1 hour and 15 mins to complete meals for 4 people. I think our server needs to be more efficient. From asking for more water and the unlimited fries to carry out containers.The server had only 3 tables. I Used be a server so I know what efficiency should be.

My husband and I went here on Friday night for dinner.I ordered BLTA Croissant and my husband got teriyaki chicken sandwich.My sandwich was ok, the fries that cane with it was good and also I got to try the zucchini fries which was ok but they could season it better.

So 7pm Saturday I would say average amount of customers for a Saturday nightStarted with the simple drink order, lemonade with very little amount of ice, the drink arrives with glass full of ice so drink was gone in 3 sips.Ordered the food again, simple order.Ceasar wrap w/ fries chicken sandwich w/ fries and a side of ranch and order of chicken wings and fries with side of ranch and carrotsWaited more than 30 minutes for food to arrive, server kept saying order would come out soon.Finally, food arrives, fries are cold, chicken wings are cold, and the carrots are the kind you give kids as a snack and are dry and old.No ranch dressing never arrived for either the sandwich or the wings instead I got what I think was just crumbled blue cheese, well I hope it wasWings were sent back along with the fries, they offered to remake them but I was not going to wait another 30 min for my food while my guest are almost done with their food.I ended up placing a pickup order at a nearby Buffalo Wild wings from my table so I could pick up on my way home.

We ordered online, picked a time, and arrived right at that time. The girl at the front said it was almost ready and that it would be out once they finished packaging the food. It did not come out again for AN HOUR. The fries were soggy and had a punch of shredded parmesan, but no garlic - for an extra charge item it was super disappointing. The wait time was the killer, though. We would have cancelled our order and gone somewhere else if the estimate had been even close to correct.
