Didn’t feel like dining in so I called my order in and got it to-go! I think I like it better this way

Have not been to RL for sometime. Wanted to use gift card to purchase meal. Could not. When ordered online credit card info. Captured and there is no way to change payment method. Food was fair. Reminded me, how easy is must be to operate a deep fryer. Yes, quality as I remember, simply wasn't there. Still have to use gift card. Must call ahead or order in person.
Walking in the hostess was okay, but the server was amazing ? . Took my little one to make her feel special because the teens had plans. She brought energy and great food fast.
My food was A1, even with an hour to go before closing. I truly appreciate the good food and great service at the bar area in Westland. Thank you. Ps. My Sangria was amazing!
I haven't really ever enjoyed Red Lobster, but it has been about a decade since I've been here, so I thought I would give it another shot. I first ordered a beer, which they didn't have. The wait staff was not enthusiastic, the food was mediocre at best, and the interior was very dated. The mozzarella sticks tasted like the low quality option in the frozen section of a grocery store. The mac and cheese was decent, but again felt very processed and had a pre-packaged feel. The fries and shrimp were basic, and felt very under seasoned with nothing special going on. The waitress forgot my drink order, which was just water because the beer I ordered wasn't available. This meal was a mess, and the quality did not live up to the high prices I paid. I wanted to like it, but after such a bad experience, I'll probably never return.
Customer service is awesome!!! I wish I remembered our waitress she was so kind and patient!! The wait was not long.
Went with a large party yesterday for my daughters birthday because Red Lobster is all she wanted. In the beginning it was rocky because we had many people, but in the end everything was good service, and food. Thanks for accommodating us and letting my daughter have the birthday she wanted!
It was so good! They have better selections to choose from than ever before and it's good!
