I travel a lot for work and I get Qdoba because it’s relatively reliable food. This was the worst I’ve ever had. Beans were so overcooked that they were more of a liquid than a solid. And there was a roach in the bathroom. How do you mess up beans
Make sure they don't skimp you on the protein I had to stop them from finishing my tacos with only 1 piece of shrimp. Instead of informing me they were unable to correctly make them they chose to not inform me and just skimp me on protein.
Every time I order online my order it messed up . This looks disgusting!!! Like it’s been sitting out forever and y’all always forget my guacamole. I hate this Qdoba
Poor employees can’t seem to fill a cup. It’s not cheap. nobody wants to see a dipping cup less than half full. Terrible experience. Hopefully this store can hire someone without a lack of cognition soon.
Be aware. This location is extremely slow. EVERY. TIME. I ordered online for a medium queso and one taco. Since I know they are usually slow I went and grabbed groceries first. When I arrived 35 min after I placed the order it is still not ready. There is literally one customer inside. I'm not sure why this happens every time. Ordering online from this store does not benefit anything. You will still be waiting long for even the smallest meal.
I have eaten from this location several times and almost always get served with horrible service. The employees are always rude and even had the manager lady raise her voice at me because I was still talking to the preparer. This last visit was the last time I plan on visiting since the preparer was extremely rude and slammed my bowels with significant force on the counter.
Stood in line 7 minutes while to two employees fix carryout orders. Not once did the older man acknowledge me wpresence when NOBODY was in line. Finally he started serving me. Blonde older lady had an attitude with when I asked for extra help caso cheese. She need to leave the itch face at home & not bring to work.The young man as the cashier was trying to make up for their poor disposition.3-19-22 @ 12:45pm
Online order, picked up at time instructed to. Burrito was out of the fridge cold, while the bowl was hot. 2 separate orders for chips, but they dumped all the chips into one bag. Thanks, but separate orders for a reason.Having to warm the burrito up in microwave, it turned everything into a pile of melted goo and couldn’t eat as a burrito. I wanted a burrito, not a “bowl” And they forgot the sour cream.. and the $15 price tag on a 4 inch cold burrito. Come on!Won’t be back and will certainly not encourage anyone to go.
The staff at this location is horrible they need to speak up you cannot hear them and they’re very rude and they always never want to really serve you they roll their eyes and run to the back everybody that I talk to that goes to this location says the same thing if you want good service and good food that this place don’t have go to the Canton locationAt this point it every time I go in they just need to be fired already find new staff
I visited this restaurant today January 19th at 5:41pm, I havent had qdoba in forever and was craving chips and queso. My experience today made me not ever want to eat qdoba ever again especially not this location!All the food looked like it hadnt been switched out in hours and the young lady was helping me was literally scraping the bottom of each pan to serve into my bowl, when we got to the pico de gallo, i politely asked for something more fresh because she was literally just splashing tomato juice onto my bowl. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla kids meal for my 2 year old son, I get to the register and the cashier throws the quesadilla into the bag with my bowl and says is that all, i said i ordered a kids meal is the quesadilla the meal and he went on to tell me what I can get with it but also waiting for my payment. I felt so rushed and there was no one behind me in line at the time. I was never even offered a drink to go with my meal, never asked was I dining in which I was because I just worked 10 hours and was starving.I go to find a table for me and my son and literally every table in the restaurant was dirty besides one where someone was sitting. I wiped the table off and started to eat, you could tell nothing was fresh, the queso tasted spoiled I couldnt even take another bite, I wanted so bad to get up and get a refund but there was a long line and didnt want to make a scene so I decided on this route.This is the part Im soooo utterly disgusted at, a woman stood in the back on her phone she looked to be a manager, tall black woman in her 30s possibly with braids into a bun and a black collared shirt on, I could see her from where I was sitting, she was on her phone the entire time I was there, she would walk in and out of my view, The ice machine was in my direct view and I seen her a total of 5 TIMES stick her hand into the ice machine and get a piece of ice and put it in her mouth and then continue on her phone. No gloves on whatsoever!!I sat there and watched in disbelief and even took a picture because i was so disgusted!! I will never ever be going to this establishment again because of that!
