Extremely slow service. We went in to order and eat. But they told us that it will be a lot faster if we go through drive through. So we did that, and it still took more time than what dine in restaurant would take. How is this "fastfood"?On top, the person taking the order was extremely rude. Was not at all interested in taking order or keeping the line moving. We were in middle of order and the guy stopped responding. After trying to get his attention few times, we drove up to window without ordering the full order. And the guy played like nothing happened. On top of that, of course they got the order wrong.This place sucks...
Completely incompetent staff. Ordered two spicy sandwich combos and a five piece tender dinner. One sandwich had NO CHICKEN!!! My five piece tender dinner was actually a three piece and didn’t get my sauces either. This location is useless. Don’t waste your time. You’ll sit in the drive through for forty five minutes just for your food to be cold and incorrect. Corporate should shut this location down. Pathetic.
Ordered two combos, the spicy and the original chicken sandwich with fries because they were out of every one of their sides besides fries, rice, and something else. Our sandwiches were cold, not warm, cold. The fries were okay, and we got sweet tea because they were out of everything besides two drinks. The workers were sweet, and apologetic, which is the only reason I gave three stars.
I love Popeyes chicken and the biscuits, however, those biscuits were the worst I have ever had, the were gummy and partially dry inside, they had no large cups, no salt or pepper, no hot peppers, stingy with the napkins and they refuse to use my 50 dollars gift card I have!! The service could have been better!!! The gift card was my issue, Why allow the gift cards on the market, if you will not accept them at your restaurants?? Please, refund my 50 dollars if you will not accept my gift card!! Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter!!
Most of the time I go there they’re out of it When I do get it it’s cold I’d give a 0 if I could Will never go there again Don’t bother going there the service sucks
Worst service I have ever experienced! I have eaten at Popeyes many times in the past. Service can be slow but NOT like this. There were 6 people "working" in the store but only 2 of them were really working. Most if not all of the food preparation was done by 1 Latina. Takira the cashier was a bit rude but did a fine job of taking orders and ensuring they were correct. That is it for the good news. A young woman who I assume was the supervisor was useless. Whenever she did appear in the front she was "sweeping". Nothing was swept up. It was all swept under the front counter or under equipment. One guy came up front to help with a couple of orders and then disappeared. Two other people in the back appeared to be doing nothing at all. As the commercial says, "But wait! There's more!". The lobby had about a dozen people waiting for their orders. Nearly half of them said they had been waiting for 30 minutes or longer! This was just after I had placed my order. I waited 20 to 25 minutes for my order even though everything was already prepared and sitting under the warming lights! The most unfortunate customers ended up waiting for close to an hour! One of them told me this was a regular occurrence. When I got my order they never gave me my drink and my chicken was cold. I like the Popeyes chain but this location should be closed and all memory of it erased. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

Such a shame and very disappointing to know that anyone would serve or sell old, dry, hard, and, non-fresh food. Just shut down already! My opinion, don't go to this Popeye's (Westland) at night speed by real fast!! Ijs
Waited in line 35 minutes drive through. Took them 7 minutes to take my order when I get up to the box. There was only one car ahead of me at that point waiting for his food. Had my order wrong. When I got home I got two wings and a thigh for my three piece meal the wings had hardly any meat whatsoever on them. I will not be going back there. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. This is what my food look like. The wing was not cleaned all the way. There was a large piece of breading in there that wasn't attached to anything I don't know if they thought that that was a piece of my chicken or not.
Avoid this location. Terrible service. Folks just don't care at this location. They will over cook your whole order. They might even short your order or give you the wrong order entirely. They can't even cook the biscuits right!
