Ordered a deep dish pizza at 9:30 p.m. it's 11:01 p.m. no pizza yet calling the store and they've been closed since 10:00 pm unbelievable the worst ever
This place used to be awesome. Whoever the manager was today ruined our experience any tried to way overcharge, speak rudely, and lie when we ordered and told us s different price. This place is a joke, and this was supposed to be a 50% off order from the three previous screw ups they caused. No chance I'll ever order there again. And I ordered there at least 3 times a month for a family of 8. Would leave a negative rating if I could. No wonder this company is in trouble.
Nasty. Both pizzas WAY too much sauce, stuffed crust raw dough inside, cheap tasteless cheese, way too salty pepperoni and delivered late and hardly warm. $40 ? NEVER AGAIN.
Pizza was ok but only got the pizza to try the NEW epic pepperoni cheese crust on a Friday night to get disappointed and have no pepperoni in crust and just tasted awful and soggy crust.
All toppings were mainly in middle and on one side...first time trying pizza probably won't order again..... Do have to say the taste was good
Love the all the food here for the most part. Pizza is quite often undercooked and also the slices are not cut all the way through so you have to go through cutting the dough yourself with a knife. People are quite often goofing around or sound like you're interrupting their social time.Also find it interesting how I could pay with the credit card and have it ready for me when I get there to pick it up and all of a sudden they get new manager and they can't do that anymore because the manager don't know how to work the register.
Uncut, delivered by DoorDash and unsealed with box cracked open and covered in grease. Call the store. No response. Asked for napkins and plates and forgot. An uncut pizza with nothing to eat it on. Wow
Tried ordering an hour plus before they closed and had my order cancelled at close but i got no pizza tried calling ten minutes before close and was hung up on every time i called. Worse customer service ever
Worst experience tonight normally good my pick up order was just a totally up set hopefully they can weed out there cooks and return back to a good pizza
This is the worst pizza place, I've tried them multiple times and every time the pizza is undercooked, very messy, never cut the slices right, and the bread is always burnt. When you go in for pickup it's a bunch of teens playing around which makes you see why the stuff isn't done right. It's very sad that you pay for your food to be done right and they serve you burnt or undercooked food which shows that they don't care! Customer service is horrible. Do better Papa John's
