1st time here. Attended Restaurant for Cinco De Mayo. $5 margaritas. I had a Beef Burrito. My partner had Carne Asada. The burrito was out of this world. Black beans was ok. The Mexican rice th best I've ever had. The Carne asada very good. The sopapillas were great. Better than Nee Orleans Benets. Highly recommend this restaurant
We got five star service because one of the management staff served us. Fantastic. We had some special dietary restrictions and she was super helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Good food. No complaints here.
While our server was attentative , the food was SO BLAND. We ordered shrimp tacos that had 0 seasoning just plain barely cooked shrimp. The rice was also lacking seasoning & was super watery. Our basket of chips was mainly crumbs . Very dissapointed .
Just door dashed 85$ worth of food & it was the nastiest Mexican food Ive ever had. The shrimp had hard chunks in it. The rice was hard and dry. The beans were nasty. The birra was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The tres leches cake was dry as hell. The only thing decent was the cheese cake. First time eating here and last. It was like cheap microwavable food from Walmart. Definitely not worth the price they charge. Never again ??
The sever was really nice and drinks was tasty. The food was really good. I would come back.
Our waitress was so friendly and helpful!!! She really made it a great out to eat experience!!! I love OTBs chips and queso!!! Delicious!!! We even signed up for the free queso for a year....so im positive we will be back!!! If you've never been check them out!!!
The food is always good. It could be warmer. We don't generally eat spicy food and everything is mild and tasty. Service is good.
When we arrived it just seemed as the waitress had a problem with us. We ordered our food and my girl came out cold and not cooked. When the waitress came back to check to see how the food was maybe 15 minutes after serving us. My friend informed her about her food not being cooked and while explaining to her about the meal she rolled her eyes and my friend just say forget it she didn't want them to replace the meal. I was very disappointed with the service. It was my first time dining there and probably my last. Would I recommend anyone going there not the one in Westland if they happen to get the same waitress we had. The manger was very pleasant and she removed the cold meal from our bill. But still was a very disappointing experience.
We have eaten here before and it seemed better. Salsa was spicy as were the enchiladas. Black beans were just warm and blah. Wasn't very impressed.
Whenever I stop it's been the same. Very good customer service and the food has always been consistent. Typical national chain take on Mexican with a few twist here and there.
