Love this little coney island, it is so delicious every time we order.The staff works hard whether it is busy or not. They are always very patient and kind to our kiddos.Additionally, hands down the best mashed potatoes at a coney island... ever.
Very friendly staff. The food was good. I've had much better there before (order the same thing each time), and the sandwich quality just hasn't been as good the last few times ) that is why it is a 4 star. I do love their onion rings and the family love their fries. I think it is great they use a local family dairy's ice cream for their desserts/shakes, but we didn't really care for the taste of the two we tried. The shake tasted freezer burned but it was from a pretty new carton, and the superman was very different than what we are used to.

Professional services. Friendly staff and always a clean restaurant. A picture fell off the wall and hit my son but no one was hurt. The waitress rushed right over. I really appreciate their attention. Did I mention my food was wonderful.
Food is good. But I’m never going again. Every time I go here all I get is dirty looks from everyone who works here! Clean cut polite guy with my daughter, simple order and a fat cash wallet …. Guess I’m doin something wrong. And it’s not just me, last visit my daughter noticed and she’s young.
I used to go here for years, because I generally like their food. The staff wasn’t always the nicest, but again I like their food compared to other Coneys. Well one day I called to order and the lady was not pleasant. Then she rushed me off the phone and hung in the mist of me still talking. But it doesn’t stop there. I went to pick up food, still unpleasant staff. But the icing on the cake was when I bit into my BLT sandwich and a long strand of hair dragged from my mouth and the sandwich. I was so disgusted. I didn’t know if she purposely put it there or if it was just an unfortunate mistake. But it was not my hair color or length, so I know it was not my hair. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat the chili fries I ordered, because I feared of something being in it. So all the food went to trash and I never went back. I didn’t call and complain, because they were already rude so what would they have done anyway. They can keep the petty cash. Now reading all the reviews about their rude staff, I see I wasn’t the only one.
Food is good its a little pricey for the small portions it's busy but that means the food is good not a bad place for a bite.
I use to love eating here, but my last 3 carryout orders have disappointed. No matter how many times i stress please don’t forget the salad dressing…they forget it. Worked a 10 hour shift and was starving for a salad. Got it home and again..NO DRESSING!! So it is sitting in my fridge and I’m eating stankin a** cereal. Ordered my husband a patty melt, thousand island on the side..no thousand island! Now this wouldn’t be a hige issue if it was the first time, but this is the 3rd. Also, the girl running the counter wasn’t very personable and needs to speak up and not work at a turtles pace . Sorry..I’m a little salty that i have to eat this STANKIN A** CEREAL!
