My son and I decided to get a carry out order today for dinner. I’m not sure what they did to the recipe of the Olga’s meat but it does NOT taste the same anymore! Had a completely different taste. This just might be the last time we ever have Olga’s. ?
I’ve given this place three tries, hoping each time was just an unfortunate day but it’s always the same. First time, no servers even available until noon. Second time, no cooks. Third time, can’t seat us because they’ve only got one cook (their manager) but somehow totally okay with a to-go order? Which still puts the same amount of pressure on a single cook. Our five min order took over twenty-five.I understand the service industry is changing, but three strikes, you’re out. Wishing this place better luck but my family won’t be back.

Olga's is a staple in metro Detroit!The original "Olga" sandwich isn't quite a Greek gyro, but it's close to explaining what it is. Definitely a Mediterranean inspired sandwich! Seasons meat, sweet onions, tomatoes, and Olga sauce, wrapped in Olga bread.Instead of tzatziki sauce, they use Olga sauce which is essentially a basic yogurt.My favorite is the Snackers! They're pita bread cut into bite-sized triangles that are then fried a little bit and covered in this incredible seasoning! They're served with a side of Swiss almond cheese that you spread on the Snackers. Quite honestly, you can make a meal of those alone!Every time we go to the mall we have to stop at Olga's if we're hungry we get a sandwich combo, and if we want a snack, well, we get Snackers!
Servers are great, I have been going here for years and the food is always good. ?
Stopped by for a nice lunch after visiting another store inside the mall. Enjoyed a nice salad, a little heavy on dressing, and a fresh out of the oven piece of spinach pie! It was delicious!!The waitress was super! She returned at just the right time during my meal for me to make a take out order for it to be ready timed for when I would be finished eating, and she was spot on!! She received a generous tip for her great service!Highly recommend if you have time, or pick up an order - I saw many people doing that as well!
I truly had the worst experience ever today. The quality of the food was horrible and the quantity was even worse. I am guessing they have had complaints before because the manager took care of the bill. Just a bit of advice taken care of the bill doesn’t illuminate the issues that your location is having!!!

Nothing matches Olga's. So delicious. And we had wonderful service.
