I like this one because it's always busy, and the food, especially the fries are always hot. You may have to wait a bit, but they're usually good at keeping the line moving.
This location is normally pretty decent, especially in the morning. But this time I got a coffee and as you can see there were grounds...tons of grounds at the bottom. They definitely dropped the ball on this!! Very disappointed!
This was my worst experience here. This mcdonalds has gone down hill.I went in was standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes before a rude worker came up and said to use the kiosk because no one was going to help me.2 minutes later they were ringing customers at the cash register.The manager did try to make it right. And apologize I understand everywhere is short staffed but to be rude to your paying customers.
So I was very disturbed to come home and my granddaughter informed me that she was kicked out of the McDonalds . I could not believe this she was sitting alone doing her homework after she had eaten her food and the manager a older Caucasian woman came up to her and told her she had 30min for her to leave and then proceeded to tell all the other Black students that they had only 30 min. to leave ,but she told the one Caucasian student that was with the Black students that he could stay. Now I personally like this McDonalds because most of the time when I do go my food is pretty fresh and hot and my granddaughter loves going there because it is down from the High School and many of the students go and hang out there after school. I was not aware that there is a time limit on how long you can sit at a table especially if you have ordered food and are not disturbing the other customers. I am very very upset to hear about the treatment that these students have experienced today . This is not acceptable behavior from a manager if the students are not causing a problem and spending their money .Upset Grandmother
Worst experience ever was in the drive thru waiting at the speaker for 15 min with no response. I then called the store and they said they were open them started taking orders. I was in the drive thru for almost an hr. Never got some of my items I ordered, fries were cold. One of the fries was half empty. This was beyond the worst service I have ever experienced at this McDonald's
Just waited 30min from when I arrived for a curbside order. After 30min went inside to see what was going on they just had started making it without even an apology from the manager.
I drive out of my way just to go to this location. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and product is consistent. Thanks to the whole team. I'll be back!
After waiting for 15+ minutes at the drive through speaker with no response, they finally said sorry for the delay we are currently cash only. I was picking up a mobile order, they said our system is down. This is an every night thing, mobile ordering and doordash orders keep coming in and they just decide nah we're not making them. If this is legitimately a tech issue, corporate needs to be notified so the issue gets fixed asap, otherwise whoever is making the decision to turn off ordering at night needs fired because you are losing TONS of business. I have to decline 10+ doordash orders a night from this store because they refuse to make them.

They were using 6 out of 8 parking spaces for drive through customers whose orders were not ready. I refused to be #7 and remained at the window for 7 minutes.
