Good food quality, and nice, friendly associates. However the speed of service is brutal. Slow, very, very slow. With me pulling immediately to the order board and four cars in line by the windows, it took me over 10 minutes to get my food. That's not how fast food should work.
Easily the worst and slowest mcdonalds I've ever visited. My only comfort is knowing if I get a head injury and 99% of my brain is removed, I'll still be over qualified to work here.
The employees were more concerned with yelling at each over then serving the cust. I ordered the breakfast burrito meal and the hash browns were undercooked and the burritos were both cold and no employee responded to either good morning or thank you. I won't be back. I had to buy my Breakfast at Tim Hortons
4/11/22 - They should never re-opened after the fire. They should consolidated the staff from this location and the Michigan Ave location. Maybe they could pump out some customers. They had no products.They were out of Coke, Fish, Chicken, and nuggets. All Wayne fast food locations should be avoided.
McDonald's said they couldn't give me plane hamburgers all I needed was a plain hamburger and they said they couldn't give it to me plain that's ridiculous. I don't know who these people are that work at all these fast food restaurants lately but I'll tell you right now none of them belong working in any fast food restaurant that one person do I think belongs in a fast food restaurant working because they do not know how to do things properly ever
The shake machine has been down 37th Street days that we have went in there and asked for a shake I don't know why anybody even bothers showing up to work here anymore takes you 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru with one car ahead of you they never have chicken you have to wait 20 minutes for French fries for some reason and you can never get a shake or flurry to drink
A lot of times , they will leave me in the line for 20 min then tell me they can't help me for 10 more min I was on my lunch hour very inconvenient
Extremely long wait as expected during covid but staff was kind and food was nice and warm.
Out of all the McD restaurants in my area this is the worst. Something will always be wrong, and even when I check something will be wrong. Ordered Hi C Orange? Nope, it's Fanta (it's orange though, right?). How about those two extra hash browns? Nope, they were removed from the order and not on the receipt (maybe because I already had two coming in a meal?).And this isn't due to one or even ten visits, this is from years of nonsense. And everytime I get a little lazy and decide to not drive an extra five minutes to get to a good McD, I pay the price.Two stars for the very nice employees who probably don't get the training they deserve, because this happens at every McD with this owner, so I know who is really at fault.
Nothin fast about any McDonald's exept one on ford rd in canton by i275 was somewhat normal time others are a 20 min wait per person in line if theres ten cars you can expect to wait 200mins literally
