Normally my experience is good and accurate; however this particular time, I received the wrong order. The wrapper around the 2 sandwiches were the same. When I unwrapped them I had 2 different things..but I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches dry. bother had sauces on them..smh

Worst customer service ever, force you to use kiosk but kiosk won't let you make your sandwich the way you want, so we ordered from counter, manager acted like he was moving the world for us. Then they still made the sandwich wrong. Attitude of both managers is ridiculous. If they worked for my company they would be demoted and retrained in how to deal with customers. Or fired. They should not be working in customer service period

Not open inside at 2:40pm even though plenty of signs indicating they were. Also drive thru was wrapped around building f with 10 + cars. Either get fully staffed or close.

This McDonald's is terrible, there shake machine is usually down and when it's not they never come out right. The fries and other food are usually never fresh. As for the staff they usually have an attitude and sometimes you can catch them roll their eyes or make rude comments when they think you can't hear them. Everything about this McDonald's is terrible

Service was excellent last time dining in pick up.. now I have to turn around and leave its just not convenient to have the Diner open when ever it suits the employees or employer ?

Gentleman here this morning, I think he was the manager in maroon red shirt and long hair greeted me immediately when I walked in which I don't usually get walking in at McDonald's, and brought my order quickly when I was sitting at a table. Don't remember the last time I had that kind of service at McDonald's! Give this man a raise!

Rude employees and very unprofessional. One of the guys came walking out of the back with a hamburger pattie in his hand eating it by customers food! He told me that I shouldn't be in the lobby but all of the doors were unlocked and I walked in right behind him! He had just come out of the bathroom when he went and grabbed the burger! Very unhappy with my experience.

Went through the drive through 3 weeks ago. They gave me a greasy fish sandwich & cold fries. I didn't eat it, and called them. No one answered so I saved the food. The line is always out to Ford Rd so I didn't have a chance to exchange the food until 5 days later. The young, manager with the red hair who said his name was George said he would not exchange the sandwich and fries without a receipt. I went back for a third time with the receipt, and he said he won't exchange the food because it was from 5 days prior. He knew it was from days prior because that was the first thing I said to him. This manager was rude and condescending. I have never been treated like this by anyone. He obviously hates his job, and has no business being a manager. I complained via email and phone call, but nothing yet. Mcdonalds customer service is a joke. They wasted my time asking stupid questions when they should just exchange my food which I still have. I haven't been back since.

Westland, MI The manager at the Ford & Radcliff location is very rude. I ordered a filet combo last week for $8.19. The fish was grease logged, and the fries were cold. I didn't eat any of it. I tried to return it today, but the manager said he wouldn't return it without a receipt. I went back with the receipt, and he then refused because it was from last week which I clearly stated the first time. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone. He said his name is George which is probably a lie. He's a younger, white male with red hair who obviously hates his job.
