I'm sure they are short staffed. I felt so bad for the workers!! All the workers were polite and kind but they were up against a bunch of crabby people. Too bad the owner does not roll up their sleeves and help. They ran put of buns, everyone in line is yelling. Covid brings the best in everyone. Short staff and shortages don't mix.

My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.

If there's one thing that defines McDonald's for me, it's the fries (aside from the McDouble). It can be the best in terms of fast food fries. But this place almost never gets it right. I'd say 0 out of 5 tries and I always get them stale or old.

The service since the Manager change has gotten much better. Food tastes better. And there's a better over all atmosphere. Great job.

This review is to shine some light on an employee named Jared. I have noticed him working at this location for about a year now. He is usually there early ams but now it seems he's there at night also. He is always kind, polite and prompt. You can tell he actually cares about the job he is doing and the experience the customers have. In my opinion he is a model employee and deserves recognition for being one. Thank you Jared for being so awesome!

McDonald's has severely gone down hill since covid hit!! This location is one of the worst ones but it's on our way to take my niece home and McDonald's is her favorite and I surely don't understand why?? They don't have frappes, milkshakes or any kind of ice cream anymore the menu board just says coming soon. The staff are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional! You sit at the drive thru and no one says anything no I'll be with you soon no hi no nothing!! The only reason you know they are open is because other cars are in the drive thru. Food is often forgotten this last time the 6 piece nuggets for my nieces kids meal was missing!! Fries are always cold and over cooked and the buns for the chicken sandwiches are always stale! There's absolutely nothing good about McDonald's anymore! Out of all the fast food they are the most understaffed and they can afford to pay their employees more but they don't. My son makes $15 an hour at white castle WHITE CASTLE yet McDonald's the biggest fast food franchise pays less quite a bit less! Save yourself time and go anywhere else but McDonald's!

I understand there may be a workforce shortage but it is very unreasonable for someone to sit in drive thru in one place and not moving for over 10 minutes. After waiting for that amount of time I moved one car length and waited nearly another 10 minutes. Once I had the opportunity to pull out of the drive through I did! It sucks being stuck in a drive thru and not be able to pull out because of the curbs and the lanes that keep your vehicle in place. I think this place needs to rethink their training strategy and improve their management.

TOTALLY BIZARRE DRUNK AND DISORDERLY MANAGER! Ordered and payed online, went there to pick up. They told us we needed to pay for the order. We showed that we already payed online and gave order number. The manager cancelled our online order and told us well get our money back in a few days! When we asked why she did that, the manager said she "came here from India to work at mcdonalds serving synthetic food to american children." This was a very strange and unexpected response..baffled as we were, we just drove away.

The owner is a scammer! I ordered and paid for my meal on the app. Upon pick up she told me I had to pay half and they would reimburse my bank half (when they already took the entire payment) than said just repay the order and they will send a reimbursement. Mcdonalds makes millions and shouldn't have paid customers double paying for their meals. This is the manager/owner at that. Nasty attitude horrible service.

Breakfast on Easter Sunday/Ramadan. Some food was okay, other items overcooked. They were likely understaffed so don't fault tgem for inconsistent quality. Grateful they were open.
