I just moved to the area and had the pleasure of dining here last night. Mi Mi was our server and she did amazing. Best service I have had in a long time. The food was great and Mi Mi took such great care of us. Because of her great service I will be coming back to this establishment. You have some amazing talent here. Give that girl a raise.
Possibly one of my new favourite spots when I’m looking for some delicious, high grade meat that won’t break my bank. I went with my family of a 6 top yesterday (graduation night) and every single person working there went above on beyond.1. There was a 1.5 hour wait and the kind and patient hostess got us in within 30 minutes2. The food was EXCELLENT. Shout out to the Chefs. Not a single mistake, not that I assumed there would be.3. I NEED to remember our servers name. Please find the wonderful curly haired woman who served us at the very back of the restaurant. She went above and beyond, every single bite by every single family member was so happy and satisfied. Everything was cooked perfectly. She was so kind, and she got everything out quickly, perfect temp, beautiful demeanor, refilled every drink the second she saw us finish our glass, and thanking us so much when she’s the one who made our experience so wonderful. Please find out who the server was that served Layla’s 6 top last night and give her a wonderful raise and review.
Prompt friendly service. Very tasty warm bread with real butter. I always get the buffalo wings as an appetizer they are a bit on the salty side but with ranch, there the best. Their steaks are really good, I get the rib eye they too are a bit salty but any side complements it. Glass is never allowed to ho empty. Magically another full glass appears. Wait staff are very nice
The food was way too salty, the salad was saturated with dressing and the loaded potato barely had any toppings. It was also quite bland. Our waiter was real nice. If we ever eat there again I'll definitely ask for them to go easy on the salt and no dressing.
Sometimes having a little patience is everything. We are waiting and waiting and waiting on our food but everyone is getting theirs but us. We are sitting enjoying each other so it really wasn't a big deal this time. When the bill came, they had took $55 off our bill without us even complaining or saying a thing. Look at God??. He definitely works in mysterious ways cause I know that bill was about to be off the chain.Longhorn Steakhouse is alright with me.
Longhorn has consistently great food and service. My husband and I go here often and even on the off time that we've had a steak not cooked properly. They have fixed it by replacing the steak or taking it off the bill. We can always count on a great meal at longhorn.
Hands down the best food, service and atmosphere! It’s the only place we will get ours steaks from, always top notch and the desserts are AMAZING as well. Oh and I’d like to mention they have the greatest Hostess, her name is Sophia ?
Excellent service. Leah was very quick and professional. Food was great. The Ribeye was awesome. Their shrimp appetizer was excellent. They should add a little more desserts though to their menu perhaps. Wait time wasn't bad at all for a table for 4. Much better than the Allen Park location. We will be going to the Westland location moving forward.
Ordered the Longhorn steak dinner the steak was well done the salad was delicious and the bread was nice and hot. Server was very professional and took care of our table can’t wait to come back again
Place simple curbside order. 6 pc tenders with 2 sides (sweet potato & salad). Requested no tomatoes on salad and received a salad loaded with tomatoes and NO dressing. Tenders was to come with honey mustard, received NOTHING. Placed order over the phone and the gentleman repeated it back correctly but NO one took the time to check the order before they brought it out. Don’t have time to go back and when I called NO replacement for future visit was offered. ?
