I always come to this location when I want deliciously fresh seafood. I always order my favorite: The Fish & Chicken Platter. I give Long John Silver 4 and a half Stars! (still don't know how to give 4 1/2 stars in rating)
Drive thru had good timing. When I added to my order at the window, the young lady was nice enough to add it and didn't give me a hard time about it. Good customer service. Thank you. Will come again.
The people at this establishment went above and beyond to make sure our order was hot fresh and ready we pulled up very close to close and they were very happy to serve us and service extremely fresh and delicious food we will be back and you should come here as well
The service was good, so don'tbase the poor rating on them. But the manager cannot manage. Over 90 degrees in lobby due to no a/c. Was told by the staff that it's been over a week & it's over 100 degrees in the kitchen. All doors had to be propped open at all times to let air circulate, but also let's insects in. Staff were beyond exhausted & sweaty. But I'm sure the manager was sitting comfy in a cool room somewhere else because he certainly wasn't there.
Has some of the best seafood around but this day, upon entering the smell of stale grease hit my nose first made me nauseous left before l could enter. Have eaten here before and was pleased with their service to make sure you're completely satisfied ?ended up going somewhere else although l love the fish and coleslaw w/hushpuppies and extra crumbs.
Pulled up at 9:56 and the lady started taking my order just for a guy in the background to yell “we’re closed”. Idk if it was 9:59 don’t put a certain close time if you’re going to close sooner. That defeats the purpose of having an actual time posted. This is why businesses fail. I will be contacting corporate because one thing that I dislike is unprofessionalism and this place demonstrated that tonight.
Attentive and service oriented people. They make sure your experience made right and go to extreme efforts to correct any issues. Thank you for a wonderful meal yesterday, my wife and I rang that "great service" bell on our way out.Was my first time trying LJS and I'm now for sure a customer for life at this location alone.
I'm biased to this place. I've loved it since I was a child. It's a bit pricey but delicious. Very friendly staff. I recommend the chicken
Everyone was great, awesome service, friendly and wishing everyone there that works there butts off a great day and hopefully a raise in the near future ...the staff do deserve it and they all get props from us. 5 stars and we all rang the bell for each of them with many thank yous
It was so good !!!! I love there fish and chicken. 6pcs for 10$ . What a deal. Just figured that a fish sandwich at other places are $7 for one piece. You must try it. Friendly service. I can’t believe theirs not more people there.
