This happened 15 mins ago. Didn't know they weren't open inside. So the guy that met me at the door was rude and said he "we're closed you have to go to the drive thru!". When I said I walked he said "I don't care what you do!!"A girl at the window shouted me down and hooked me up, and was really nice. The scar face kid could use a lesson on basic manners, where's his mother?
Very frustrated customer, used the portal which allows for quick pickup, and they lock the front door and force you do use drive thru. So after waiting 30 mins for the pizza do be ready get up there at 730, front door locked and need to wait an additional 45 mins! They already have my money so all you can do is wait. ????
If you don't want to work a job, just don't work it. These people are slow mentally and physically. Just left there I will never be back. The girl with the purple hair seemed cool at first then she wanna play around, giggle, forget people's orders and everything. Some guy had to get up out his seat and constantly check because we were watching people come in and get their order. I'm so aggravated, I barely wanna eat anymore
The pizza was hot and it was ready and it was very good. Emma was the cashier she was a joy to deal with she made the wait in line bearable.
Waited over 30 minutes in line (only behind 2 cars) just to be told at the window, not even at the speaker, that they are not taking cards. I understand places are short staffed due to covid, that is why I don't mind waiting, but customer service and politeness is not hard. The guy at the window was rude and didn't even apologize.
I went through the drive-thru on a snowy night and I received great service from a young lady named Brianna.
DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY!! They use doordash which isn’t clear on their ads or website, I was delivered cold pizza that took over an hour and customer service could of cared less when I called, will never order delivery again!!
They are getting my order was pizza n sticks and the chessy bread was brunt and they wouldn't answer the phone placed the order around7:15 after a very long wait then the don't answer and then have on hold for ever then closed on me
They need to fire every single person who works at this location and close it. I have never seen a more poorly run fast food establishment in my life. And spare me ‘we are short staffed’ that is not even the start of their problems
This location is open 3 days per week at 7:15 I was told I couldn't order a special pizza I was told I was welcome to wait in drive thru and have my pick of pizzas they had left over but could not guarantee and would be there! Seriously close your location, if this is the special service your offering!
