They used to have weird hours, looks like they are fixed now to reasonable times, so ignore the comments about weird hours. This place is only good, the only problem is that sometimes they wouldn't answer their phone. But other than that, the staff are mostly friendly and welcoming.
Asked for a stuffed crust pizza and was told they didn't want to and weren't going to make it, lol.
The store is never open during normal business hours. Either close the location or be open during your business hours. Location has been terrible for awhile

Everytime I come here, majority of the time very little wait time. Their Hot & Ready/Crazy Bread cost lower than other locations.
Always quick and friendly service, clean, good food.
This place is a joke. I came in 20 minutes before they closed and they downright refused to make a plain cheese pizza. They didn’t have any other vegetarian options ready either and refused to make any. They’re never open during the listed hours and nothing is ever “Hot & Ready” either. Don’t waste your time or money here, this location sucked before COVID as well so they can stop blaming it on that.
Ordered deep dish with butter Parmesan, literally called at 6:56pm to let them know and left me on hold until they closed at 7pm. Literally can’t eat this plan over cheesed pizza without butter parm. Breadsticks so dry!!! Debating if I want to save it for a refund tomorrow. Not worth $15!
This place is just too inconsistent with hours. Feel like you never know if online order will work, or if they’ll pick up the phone, or even be open. Extremely frustrating.
