My wife and I got hungry after we went grocery shopping. So we decided to stop at Leo's for dinner. The restaurant was not super busy but it have some diners. We were greeted and told to find a seat anywhere that was open. After we sat down a server came by and asked us what we'd like to drink. A couple of Iced teas, mine with lemon hers without.I ordered the gyro combo with fries and a baby Greek salad and I also added a cup of the chicken lemon rice soup. My wife had the same thing except hers was with the bean soup.Although the sandwich was good, it looked like they were using GFS Euro meat and not sliced fresh from a Gyro meat log. The meat seemed a bit overcooked and the sandwich looked rather anemic. There were signs at the booths explaining that costs were higher and that the price would be higher than what the menu listed. Our gyro dinners were about a $1.25 more than what was listed in the menu. To me, that was very reasonable given the recent increase in prices due to the economy. The soups were excellent the sandwiches were good and the fries were crispy. What more do you want!
Not one complaint. Immediately sat down to a clean table, my server was very polite and very prompt. The tea was very fresh and thirst quenching. My food was served hot my fries were crispy and soft in the center. I was greeted by Samantha the Manager and she was extremely Pleasant and welcoming. Very good experience will be back thank you Samantha and the rest of the Leo's Coney Island of Westland Team!
Hey fast and friendly service even though they were short handed. Food tastes great and was reasonably priced. Clean environment. Would recommend and definitely be back. I have yet to visit a Leo's I didn't like. Family friendly environment.
I'm a bit disappointed in my carry out order. The chilli cheese omelette didn't have much chilli on it and the toast was packaged with it, so the toast got more chilli than the actual omelette. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and undercooked within. The biscuits and gravy and sausage were good but I'll probably just go elsewhere for breakfast in the future.
Covid price increases apply, now higher than your average coney. Service was good though.
Well I ordered chilli fries with no cheese and two plain dog's one day, next day spent vomiting violently. Have a nice day...Well good, dont minimize my experience, I will never...
Dined here yesterday and use to frequent. I had not been here in a while. Biggest change... prices we're waaayyyy too high! Food was great but I ordered fries as their own order to share with my niece and grand nephew. They added to my plate of food instead! Cutting corners? I get inflation but I paid for fries as an order NOT added to an already full dish. Oh and believe me I paid for it! This was totally on purpose and I asked the waitress Why? She had a list of multiple excuses for the price hikes, the separate order of fries being cut down and shoved onto a full plate, the menus reflecting wrong prices...she mostly chalked it up to the owner cannot afford to get new menus, that's all the fries we can give, and inflation for the price hikes are due to rising inflation. It's not fair to put guilt trips and give patrons less... Everyone is going through hard times and picked your establishment to give their hard earned money to... By the way, the table behind us ordered fries as a separate order and got a plate with only fries on it and it was overflowing with fries. Our waitress did not come back until it was time to give us the check! The waitress from the table behind us was wonderful and we had to ask her for help since our waitress was no where to be found for our entire meal time i.e.; ketchup, refills on water, and anything else we needed, and she did it with the utmost kindness. We left a tip for our waitress but she didn't deserve it, the waitress from another table did! We won't be back! Too bad! We used to love this place! And, yes, this was the Westland location.
love this place ! ❤ everything is grest hear and food is great and big portions also good priced ! staff also very nice !
Worst omelet I've ever had, take out. Flatter then a coin, hashbrowns barely cooked. Over priced. Just horrible. Never again.
Friendly, fast service. I ordered out.Pictured is their pita chicken finger.Chicken crispy and tender. Not much for $10. Though, it's exactly what I ordered. There's nothing more to offer with it like fries and a soda combo. Over allIt's a 4 star. With a tummy full. I will be back.
