Absolutely the worst location I've ever eaten from. They need to stop popping these places up all over and work on quality and service. Barely any meat on the sandwiches and the meat that is there is burnt. Don't waste you money
We stopped while at work during travel. There place was clean and the staff person was engaging and professional. Our food was hot and made to order. We liked everything we ordered and would go again. I would recommend a try if you're in the area.
The owner needs to spend less time hyping his business on social media and more time working on quality control. The last two times I’ve ordered from the Westland location, I’ve been disappointed. Both times I’ve requested no lettuce and both times, delivered with lettuce. Hot lettuce is absolutely disgusting (in my opinion). I used to love the corned beef egg rolls. This last time I couldn’t believe what I saw. They were mini egg rolls and hardly no meat at all. Mostly just fried egg roll wrapper. For $7.99? The food is delicious, but it’s way too expensive for what you get and it’s unacceptable that they can’t follow simple order instructions.
If I could give this store zero stars I would, I went to get a sandwich and one kid had his mask down and another didn’t have a mask on at all. The kid making my sandwich didn’t have gloves on and beyond that, it was unprofessional that they didn’t knowledge me when I came in the store. I used to work here and I remember it being just about the same, they don’t seem to care about Covid, cleaning the store or the equality of the job they are doing. I hope the business can turn around but as of now, it really is a mess, unsafe, and unsatisfactory.
I’m a door dasher. They are the worst. I stood there for 10mins while the 2 cooks didn’t say a word to me. Once they finally asked me what I was there for they told me my door dash would take 10 additional mins. Took so long my door dash was canceled.
Big portions but soo unsatisfyingly flavorless with soggy greasy bread.u wont eat the leftovers and you'll regret wasting the money instantly.they ground the meat so much as if we dont have teeth to chew. overpriced and not worth it.reviewed this place before but it was taken down ? they had some kid running the grill when i went,for the price you charge for those "Subs" hire someone who knows what they're doing,subway steak subs are more appetizing. There's a subway at the mall across the street.do better or charge less.

Love the food when I get a full order and they haven't messed up my order. I went 3 days a week if not more when they opened once a week if I was luck I would actually get what I ordered. And staff is very slow.
