Biscuits we're doughy, pop was nothing but carbonation and some how they always seem to forget something. I guess I need to start checking my food before a 10min drive home
Lady at the counter was very rude. She acted like we interrupted her easy day.
They can NEVER get a order correct. Ordered mashed potato bowl tonight with extra gravy and there isn't even any gravy at all on it. Ordered was repeated 3 times to the worker. Don't waste your time going to this location because your order will not be correct. Wish there was a negative rating for establishments like this. I was scrolling through and reading some of the reviews posted and it seems to me that Management might need to maybe take a look at the employees providing the services.
The food was cooked to perfection. The most striking service ever. And lastly the people we're well in keeping positive atmosphere.
Thee absolute worse KFC! Every single time I go here its always something. Tonight I was told they were not taking anymore orders for 20 minutes even though they never asked me what I was ordering. Just save yourself sometime and go to Popeye's smh
Never go through the drive thru. Only received half of my chicken. Had to drive 20 minutes each way to go back there. Felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Will stick to the one closer to my house next time.
I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner and only received 2 pieces, but I paid for a 3 piece. The chicken wasn't brown it was nasty and the Cole slaw was watery. I will never go to this particular KFC on Wayne Rd in Wayne Michigan.
Watch them they will cheat u out ur money. I ordered a number 1 which is 6.49 I get to the window and cashier's charges me 9.00 and tell me that's how much it cost and they need to change it on the menu. Literally lieing. Then I ask for a receipt and he tells me its broken. Wouldn't recommend.
KFC was crowded as are the various chicken places in Michigan but the service was fast even though they got my order wrong they added macaroni and cheese instead of mashed potatoes.And the server has a smile on her face I guess she knew that I was getting the wrong order but everything else is fine.
Was there today Sat December 11th at around 2:00 pm and the lady who took my order at the speaker was really rude had an attitude like her stole her man or goldfish or something. Please teach your aggressive employee proper etiquette and communication skills the cashier who was an older lady with glasses, she was quite polite and not rude
