First they got my order wrong and then made me wait for 10min for the rest. I was not happy at all
Awesome place, great customer service and the food is always fresh. I especially enjoy the young African American man that's always showing a smile and has a great attitude. Keep up the excellent service!
I eat at this KFC every once in a while because their coleslaw is very dry and the one in Gardencity makes it perfect
Last night I paid for three combos. I got home and I was missing a combo. I received the drink for it but not the food. Make sure you check your food
The food is good but they always miss putting something in my bag. The manager states my name & number is logged for my replacement, but I have to get it within a month.
Our drive-thru order was wrong (big surprise). We checked on the spot and they gave us the corrected items without making us pull forward though. But apparently they don't have cole slaw and potatoes ready to go, they have to scoop them per order because it took them that long to give us the corrections.
I had not been to meet a KFC in over 10 years. Heard they had beyond meat fried chicken. Was on a fast of not eating meat so I tried it. It was just OK, given the fact no one really offers non-meat options in the chicken industry, I take my head off to KFC. The person taking orders really did a great job because I wasn’t drinking anything with sugar in it for my fast. She had me drive to the window and really took care of me. Best fast food service in many many years.
Well first off my chicken was cold and my fries were old and there was literally no one in line so the food should have been freshly hot and made.i think I pass on this kfc.
Came through drive through on 1/4/2022 around 5pm. I was worried the line would take forever because I still have PTSD from the Popeyes just a few feet from this KFC. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the line moved. Within 10 minutes I had my food. Also, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They did give me mashed potatoes instead of the coleslaw that I ordered, but I won't dock them for it. Everything else was fresh, tasty and hot. So, I will return. Keep up the good work team...
Had to wait excedeedly long time for my food and didn't care for the 3 pieces of chicken.
