Over 45 mins for delivery and I work a mile away. Called because sandwich was not made to order and soggy and was told by an unprofessional employee to please hold. Than I was hung up on. Called back 5 times before someone decided to answer. I was than told only managers can give a refund when asked for the managers name they did not know it!! Horrible, spent my lunch break waiting, rather than eating. Only thing freaky fast about this location is the amount of negative reviews being piled up in a freaky fast manner.
Ordered 20 minutes before closing & rather than calling right away, Amber waited 30 minutes and then called to cancel my order, due to no available drivers. Rather than offer to still make the food that was already paid for and ask if I could possibly come to pick it up, or even offer me my money back, or anything nice at all… she rudely stated that they were now closed and my refund would be issued at later time.I run a business and I am also short staffed and overwhelmed at most times. But at least be nice since you unfortunately couldn’t deliver this evening. I will admit I made a mistake by thinking you were open later.
I ordered a sandwich and it took almost 90 minutes to show up. After about an hour of waiting I called the store and some teenager picked up the phone and was unapologetic and sounded annoyed I even called. Said “we ran out of bread and had to make more, your order is out, bye.” Then hung up on me! This was a pathetic display of delivery and I thought their whole advertisement was there great delivery! Not the first time I’ve experienced issues with this location maybe they need to evaluate their employees.

Ordered on App and received order 1 hr 30 mins later. Ordered 2 meals and did not receive our drinks and chips. Apparently delivery driver broke down and a new driver called to tell us our order was on the way 1 hrs 15 minutes after our order was placed. Tried calling twice to ask for a refund on the meals and got no answer.
Hit or miss. Parking lot is pretty small. Ordered curb side and half my order was brought out. Still ended up going in to get the rest of it.

Every time we order from this location it takes over an hour to receive the order, even after the order tracker says out for delivery. When the order arrives the bread is soggy and gross. Today was the last chance for this location. We placed an order and over a hour later the order remained in status order “order received”. I called to cancel our order and it did not sound like they were super busy. The boy apologized and then said, “bye”, I responded excuse me and he then said he’d void the order. There needs to be better communicate and customer service.
Placed an order before their “6:00 closing time”on a Saturday…. To get a phone call from them before 6 saying they were already closed and would be canceling my order. Like the other posts below state, why be have a location that doesn’t want to serve customers? The app should not allow you to place an order, or the app should be honored. Super poor customer service.
Store is usually not open or taking deliveries. The one time it is they called after our scheduled delivery at 7pm and said they ran out of bacon but already made one of our subs. We told them to just cancel the order and received no apologies of any kind. The store seems to not want customers which if that is the case why stay open? This encounter on top of multiple inconveniences on other occasions will probably make it where we never order from Jimmy Johns again. The only thing this store guarantee is disappointment.
