So this was my favorite in the area, although it is often a change in faces. With that said I came in a week ago, ate a sub and a salad. When I got to the salad it had a distinct taste of cigarettes. I literally felt sick, o thought it was imagination, but the more of the meat I ate the worse it got. They could not be washing hands and wearing gloves. I am completely grossed out by this location. What’s even worse is I am craving my faves right now, but I live so far from my favorite location I will just have to miss it.
Was my favorite pizza place.Haven't ordered from them since they have a national call service when you call in . These people barely speak English.Stopped in today and ordered.Quality of the food has gone drastically down hill.Wouldn't order from there again.
Very good pizza and bread sticks and a reasonable price, the man that took our order was very pleasant and polite
I agree mostly with this Kenny cox guy.. worked there for about almost a year. Definitely do not recommend working or ordering from this location (that’s just my opinion). Not worth the shi**y pay. No promotions and sh*t raises. Work place was toxic and couldn’t stand this one particular person ..to much stupid pointless drama. Make line to salad bar cross contamination. No use of gloves at all! The staff was always rude to customers.
I have been ordering from here for years. Last 2 times I ordered extra cheese on my pizza. It hardly had any cheese on it at all. Let it slide. I just ordered a sub with tomatoes and lettuce on the side, when I got home nothing there. Very disappointed in this place. Won't be ordering from them anymore
The worse place i have ever worked so i walked out. Management not using gloves and stealing money from the drawer not to mention this manager Jessica smelling like weed every cigarette break. But what did it for me is the cross contamination between salad bar and make line. If my hands reach in and grab stuff for a pizza and then reach the same stuff with a glove for a salad it's not suddenly clean like i didn't just put my hand in it a minute ago. This is why i would never recommend this location to any human do not go here. Next location that is amazing however is any of them just don't eat here
Today, I placed an order online using the App. An hour or so later I looked outside my front door. My food was sitting there in the cold. I called the store and was told it wasn’t their problem: DoorDash delivered it. Wow, you’re ok with me having cold food dumped on my doorstep? I did not ask for contactless deliveryThe person at the store plainly stated they did not care, refused to correct this and then hung up on me. I’m still in shock!
We tried to order from another Hungry Howies and were shocked to find out while ordering the girl tells us her manager closed the store!!! So I called the one on Newburg and told them that I had ordered from the other Hungry Howies and it was awful! Food was burnt, order was not correct, ect. They sent us the best food ever!!! It was perfect!!! Thank you so much!!! I will be ordering from the Hungry Howies on Newburg. All personal including driver were very friendly!!!
Awful horrible inept customer service and staff has no clue. Was told 4x that this store didn't get our order... Yet our cc was charged. When I asked Nicole what I should do, as the number I called to place the order was to this store. Nicole argued and argued and gave us absolutely no help. Funny how our order was delivered, by a driver from this store (who refused to give his name) was given the name Andre for a GM. IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES NOWAndre please contact me when you're available, as you're about to lose a customer of over 30 years. My next call will be to corporate.
Never had so much problems ordering 1 pizza website not working correctly so i call to be told u cant take cash n i cant call back in 3 minutes with a card n i cant pay cash cause u guys have one driver im order 1 lg pizza my total is $20.15 are you guys smoking crack or something? This doesnt make alot of sense. 2nd time ordering would be a 1 star also ill order the ford rd store.
