We had an unfortunate situation this past Saturday where our order never arrived - apparently, it was delivered to the wrong address after a two hours of waiting.That said, I'm leaving a 5-star review for the follow-up. Solid customer service offered by the managers, and I have to say I'm completely satisfied with the results. Thing happen - Saturday was apparently a mess (crazy busy, perhaps?). I get it. True customer service occurs when the store makes it right.Needless to say, they've kept me as a customer, despite Saturday's disappointment! Which is good, because my kids love Domino's...
Have been grabbing pizza from here for a year and have not had a single issue.The store is clean and the workers have been very polite. I offen tip just because of that.
It's usually good but last time I ordered they messed up my entire order, gave me a credit for the mistake, then I ordered the next day and they made the same EXACT mistake. I was extremely disappointed. The wings aren't as good as they used to be either unfortunately.
This place is a joke. They will take double payment out of your account. Only cut XL pizzas into 6 slices. Take my card number and then say its not paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. The general manager called me four times because his employee doesnt know his job and wants double payment again.
DO NOT ORDER THE PARMESAN BREAD BITES WITH 5 CHEESE DIP. We ordered some of these the other night and the oil was literally coming out of the side of the box and stained our car seat permanently. Dominos is awesome other than that, but dang, you could give people a warning or put it in a better container so it doesn't get everywhere. Nothing says yay new car like a permanent stain!
First time ever ordering here since moving to Westland . I put my order in online an hour and a half before the close and I got a call 5 mins after saying because of their staffing they were cancelling my order . First time ever using this store and I won’t ever again . They are literally the only pizza place around open late and they are denying late night orders …make it make sense . I know it’s my oversight for not getting food earlier but now I’ve got nothing to eat tonight and no way to go to the store (vehicle wise) so they just ruined my night . Not happy at all .
No place is perfect but Domino's always feeds my family at an affordable price for the amount of food, they always have some discount or savings code available for your order. They have messed up a time or two but as long as you let them know they're always more than happy to fix what was messed up. The delivery people have always been friendly and if ever they were late they automatically sent me a reward code via Email for their inconvenience. I highly suggest Domino's and always will! Oh did I mention they actually have good hours despite the Cvd-19 hour reduction that has went on everywhere. Thank you and hat tip to Domino's!
Recently I ordered the usual $7.99 Large 3 topping Brooklyn style pizza with extra Chicken. They have reduced the size of the pizza and also, the crust was of bad quality - it was breaking up (not well prepared). Overall, they have also reduced the serving size of the whole pizza. This was not at all acceptable.
Ordered pizza, stuffed bread and some pasta bowls. Everything was so good. And you even threw an extra bread in for free. All good. The delivery was even faster than expected. Great job to the crew that worked Sat night!
Austin employees fast delivery and it's ready to be picked up if you order a pick up as soon as you get there I love the food would you recommend it to anybody
