Hubby and I tried this location for the first time and it was a nice experience. The food was delicious and the environment was inviting. Other than the person at the counter forgetting some of our order it was a nice time. I could tell they were short staffed because of the long wait time but that's to be expected right now. One thing I did notice is there are a lot of kids working at this location. Not that, that's an issue but you can tell there was not much supervision with the topics of their conversations while customers were waiting. I would recommend this location to those with patience and don't mind waiting. The food is worth the wait.
Every Culver's is 3 times as good as any other fast good place. The shakes are NOT just sugar and flavors. Real fruit and chocolate. The fries and meat are top quality. They have gluten free buns in sealed bags that they give you to assemble your burger yourself. Gluten free has never been an issue. The staff and manager are very attentive and serve you at your table.
Came here because it was claimed to be better than my favorite, In N Out. Though it doesn't top the West Coast Double Double, Culver's Butterburger was definitely worth the money.
Amazing smash style burgers. These are definitely in the league now certain famous New York burger chain brands. Staff were very polite.Really nice atmosphere around you too. Highly recommended.Cheese curds w/ ranch really hits the spit too.Chili had lots of flavor and did its job really well. Nothing special, but definitely good chili.
I dined in at this establishment more than one week ago hungover seeking greasy food for recovery. What I experienced was nothing but life-changing. My mind went to backyard cookouts sense and smells followed by ecstasy in a rapper. I would recommend this to the Pope if he was hungover.
Had lunch on Monday the 6th. 1:30 in the afternoon, dine in. Service was excellent. Food was hot. Dining room was clean. Love that butter burger, double meat with cheese, bacon , deluxe. Hot fries & onion rings . WOW ! Looking forward to a quick return !
I work across the street so I have lunch here once a week. Never had a problem, but this is going to be the last time I have lunch here. The coleslaw had discard date of 1/25/22 at 11:53am. It was 5pm and it did taste funny to me so I approached the young girl that brought meThe food and told her this should have been discarded and it’s expired. She took the lid threw it in the trash and didn’t even bother to apologise or replace it. At this point if there’s no quality control nor an apology, what Deems it safe to eat there. No CoD fillet dinners for me anymore.
This is my 1st time eating here and it was OK. The Burger and fries were OK. Nothing special. But I was comfortable and I was able to get as much ketchup and mustard as I wanted to.
This is now my go to fast food place, even dine in. This place has recovered well recently after coronavirus shutdowns (no dine in, slow drive through) I think this place has a new manager and is running it exceptionally well. Very excited to come here again!
Whoever is in charge of making soups needs to be trained better. My tomato Florentine only shows up once every 2 months. The rest of the food/staff is great. I love Culver's.
