We enjoyed the food very much however $32 and 30 minutes to get the food was a negative. We only had 2 meals.
Chicken shack horrible, I pulled up at 8:30pm to order the cod snack. They said little Ceaser was closed, I said I wanted chicken shack, they said the same thing. So why wouldn’t you just say “we’re closed!” I’ll NEVER GO BACK!
I got a pepperoni extra most bestest made fresh from the Little Cesar's that's inside. The pizza was good, now the Chicken Shack's food on the other hand is plain and flavorless. I know plain and flavorless same thing right? I just wanted to convey how plain the food is.
Love the chicken shack chicken I always asked for well done potatoes 9 times out of 10 the potatoes are not well done. This time it was bearly cook at all and cold. The people there are horrible. It's common practice to mix fresh fried chicken with old under cook potatoes or vice versa. Like I mentioned before love the chicken can't deal with it anymore
Something went wrong tonight,Friday April 8th, 2022. The Shack Potatoes and fried mushrooms were awesome; however, our 12 pieces of rather skimpy dark meat chicken were burnt and likewise tasted burnt. Very disappointed as the food was for others as well as myself. I called to alert the manager so perhaps the situation could be corrected and others wouldn't need to be disappointed. He offered for me to bring back the 12 pieces of chicken and he'd make fresh. That was not a convenient scenerio/option for me, but his apology and offer were nice/fair. Not sure if I'll be back any time soon though...$30 is a lot for burnt chicken.
You got a 2 because my chicken was delicious, but you should tell people you use peanut oil. Realized when my throat started to close due to my peanut allergy. .
If I could give zero stars I would. My ribs were pink and I called to get a resolution. Was told to bring them back that day or the next for a replacement. I elected not to have a replacement but a refund and was told to come in and “we can talk about it”. A smarmy man came out with three gift cards and I told him I wanted my money back. He refused. Sir., I am starting a campaign to have you fined and/or shut down. Other reviewers stated the place is dirty so we’ll start there. You have the right one. Should’ve just given me my $15.
This location is the worse. Chicken doesn't taste good almost over cooked or something and potatoes were cold this time and overly buttered. The roll was very dry as well. I will never ever come back to this location again.
Update 12/6/21Not a lot of places try to follow up with their customers but surprisingly Chicken Shack did and I felt that was nice to mention.Stopped at this place again and I could tell I received a way better service this time.———————————————This place used to be better.We ordered one chicken tenders meal reg (9.99) and a chicken shack (3.49) and they charged us 18.75 while our total should’ve been 13.48!!We were in hurry so we didn’t pay attention until we checked the receipt later.They did not put any types of sauce with our chicken and they took almost 35 minutes to make only one meal!!!!!!This is so unacceptable. I don’t think I ever go there again.
As a customer, the food is decent, but as a DoorDasher, the experience isn't great. My rating is based on my overall experience.I've dashed at this location a few times and the older gentleman that answers the phone isn't friendly at all. I always feel like I'm bothering him when I'm just doing my job and then he always hangs up on me abruptly. I'm sure I'm not the only dasher/customer he does this to.Also, the line is always out to the street and the customers are usually asked to wait on the side of the building for someone to come out with their orders. It's a little inconvenient. Apart from that, they're efficient at what they do.
