Awesome food and great work staff!
Authentic Mexican food is home cooking and this place is the real deal. They obviously have a skilled chef - The food is absolutely delicious. They are now offering birria tacos & burritos as well - can't wait to try those. Their prices have gone up, which stinks, and I think they have their kids working up front- they sometimes act a little weird or slightly rude. But other than that, the food & decor is a solid 5 stars.

Food is decent. I had chips & salsa for $1.50 (not free like some places) and they had a spicy salsa, which was my preference. The can of pop was $2.30 (no refill). I also had the enchilada combo (sour cream and guacamole would have been extra), which was tasty but unremarkable. For dessert, I had flan (ordinary). The service was pleasant and the food arrived quickly at the appropriate temperature. The restaurant seemed relatively clean.The check was misleading. There's no subtotal, and the sales tax isn't printed on the check. There's a total in large font, and then a "cash discount," followed by the cash price and suggested tip amounts. However, when I did the math and asked the waitress, the total for the food and sales tax is actually the amount displayed as the cash price. The so-called "cash discount" is really a credit card fee. I didn't mind paying a credit card fee, but I was annoyed to see it described as a discount, and uncomfortable with the waitress's inability to explain beyond "I just work here." If they called it a fee and show the tax and subtotal, it wouldn't seem so dishonest.
Our first time here and we will definitely be back! Quaint atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff! Thank you for a great meal!
Just OK, unremarkable. The waitress was very unsure of herself. If my burrito would have been even one degree colder, I would have had to send it back.
Fist time eating here and it for sure won't bey last. Service and food was AMAZING!
Tried this place yesterday for the first time. Called in an order and the lady on the phone didn't know if they carried tres leches cake or not. Didn't think if they had flan or not. I ordered a crazy nacho. When I arrived, the total was more than what's advertised in the printed menu. Personally think the "cash discount" gimmick is a little weird. Food was a little better than los amigos up the road, but my order was missing the black olives and barely received any diced tomato. Didn't bother going back due to the rain.
My first time going after seeing someone put up a pic of their food on FB and it was delish. The decor is okay nothing fancy. The food, the music and the service was really good. They did run out of silverware and I had to use plastic. It was the end of the night so they must of been busy. I'll be going back for sure!
Ordered vegetarian fajitas which was supposed to have broccoli and cauliflower.. it literally had 5 tiny cauliflowers and no broccoli. Not returning and would recommend you not to try this dish. We also got a hulk with chicken decent taste and decent size… the 1 star is for the hulk . For vegetarian fajitas its gonna be 0 rating… edited to add this info you have to pay 1.50 for chips and salsa earlier it was complimentary… and prices have increased a lot …
