There's not many Boston markets around so I gave this one two chances. Every time we order, they are always rude and the order is never right. They say they have coke products when we ask them what drinks they have. So we always go down the list asking if they have dr pepper...cherry coke....sprite. it's always a no...then they always say they have only coke. This was twice in a months time span. For the price, I would expect to not have such bad service. It's ridiculous. Thinking I won't be back which upsets me because I always loved Boston Market. Oh and our lids were not even on our drinks and spilled all over our vehicle
Order was wrong , small portions and the chicken tasted spoiled and it was cold, Boston Market is not the same
I placed an order on 12/24 at 9:25am to be picked up at 4:30pm the same day, it was going to be our families Christmas Eve dinner. I obviously already paid for it online & was taken out of my bank account. My husband went to pick our order up & the store was closed. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. So today 12/26 I called to see if I could pick up my order & an employee named Heaven answered and was EXTREMELY rude & ultimately hung up on me. I am still shocked at this customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’ve emailed the company to get a refund. My order# was 6554312939864065.
We pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner from the website and picked it up at the Westland, MI store. The manager (I can't recall her name) was doing a phenomenal job, managing the crowd, serving meals, managing the crew. She was totally on point. Five stars for excellent customer service!
We placed an order before 9pm. Website said the store is open until 11. I pulled up to the drive thru and watched 2 employees ignor me. Then they went to hid. They came out of hiding, looked at me and went back into hiding. They came back out another and start to hid again. I said thanks for the help as I was pulling away and saw one of them wave the finger at me. And now I need to figure out how to get my money back because they charged me for the food they didn't provide. But it was a nice finger I got instead
I have never received chicken so burnt before from a Boston Market location. It was so burnt it was hard and black. I used Doordash so I didn't get to check the order before pulling off. Stoe #0539 Westland on Ford rd.
Westland MI store sent completely wrong order and doesn't answer phone. Boston Market hasn't replied to any of my requests. Not ordering again. Used to love this place but really downhill lately. Not worth it anymore.
Ordered on the app tonight around $40, went to pickup in Westland and there was no one there. No number answering, nothing. Called a different Boston market and they gave me a bogus email to contact. What am I supposed to do? Charged my credit card already and says order completed.
The most rudest place you could ever place a drive thru order,?
GrubHub, Uber eats, Google, even the Boston Market website says that this location is open. So I order my online meal, get my confirmation email and it the email says it should be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrive to pick up my food and they're closed, no one insight. Call them, the line is just a busy tone. Try to get in touch with corporate and can only submit a contact form, no way to actually talk to someone. Best part they charged me and I have confirmation of an order that was "made and ready" for a location that's not even open and I can't even stop the payment until it's already been charged. Not the first issue with this location but the biggest issue I've ever had, don't waste your time or money.
