Went thru the drive thru today and ordered the new steakhouse waygu burger. So dissatisfied with the shredded limp soggy lettuce and absolutely no onions included.....I don't no if this is worth it!!!!

Totally the best experience I’ve ever had at an arbys. We walked in and ordered our food, I asked for a Half pound French dip(which they don’t have anymore) and she added 3 oz of meat on it, also got another sandwich and i paid with cash it came out to 20.63 so I gave her a 20 and a 5 and she gave me the five back and only made me pay 20 she was very kind and generous. We then got our food fast and it was very hot and i can say the au jus was the best I’ve ever gotten at a arbys, my time at this restaurant was the best I’ve ever had at an arbys a 11/10 experience
Wasn't the greatest, it was food and I was hungry. The spicy fish sandwich is misleading. All it is is hot sauce sprinkled on top. I could've just ordered the regular one and took it home to add my own hot sauce.
Used to only get beef n cheddar, but they have nuggets now, and now its nuggets , then beef n cheddar. ?
Well, someone didn't want to work today. My food was sloppy, I got 1 fresh fry and 1 old fry. Customer service was blah... he didn't even respond when I said thank you. No one likes work!but , they didn't ask you if you wanted the job!?!? You asked!!! Get it together.
