Ordered a large cheesesteak online, and paid an extra $3.50 for it to be “jumbo” (extra meat and cheese). The amount of meat and cheese I received is far less than any normal cheesteak. I paid $15 for this joke of a sandwich, which was mostly bread with a tiny bit of meat and cheese. I called them on the phone about it, and the guy argued with me. If he had just refunded me the $3.50, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. If I’m in the mood for a cheesesteak from now on, I’ll go to Lefty’s. It’s not cheap either, but at least they give you a fair amount of food.Edit: I also see that they overcharged my card. The online receipt said my total was $28.59 after tax. I was charged $31.23

Been here a few times and it's always great one of my favorite tubbys to go to for sure!! Always nice behind the counter as well.

If you Like Tubby sub shops then this is a good location. Steak and cheese is my go to but I understand they have lots of subs that are more popular.
there was hair in my sub, wanted to kindly let them know but they argued when it clearly was, wouldn't give a refund or any kind of help, and wouldn't give his name. won't be coming back here
First it is overpriced. Next the cashier isa rude little boy with no manners. Cant understand what a basic hamburger is. He didnt listen and was an ***. no idra what customer service is. needs to be taught manners and work somewhere else until he learns respect

I will never come here again because the owner has bad customer service and trying to charge me for ranch that was a small cup that only have one fry too dip and than it will be gone the owner telling me that he owns 4 different stores
