I went there this morning, used the drive thru, and they got my order wrong. I clearly ordered a #1, with an iced coffee, along with my son's drink. His came out okay, but they gave me a hot coffee, and no hashbrown. When you order a breakfast meal, you should get the meal, not a sandwich and some small coffee (they asked me the size I wanted, never done that before, knew something was up/wrong). I didn't want to hold up the line, so I called them and they said I got what I paid for, but still 11 bucks is too much for the 3 items I got. Should have just gone somewhere else...

Never coming here again. This is the second time I’ve gotten timbits. Both times they’re not fresh at all. Very dry and old. Don’t buy food from here.

This is got to be one of the most expensive Tim Hortons I have ever been to and plus they don't do senior discounts what's wrong with this, I thought it was part of a Tim Horton franchise apparently they don't follow the same rules as every other Tim Horton that I have been too in the State Of Mi and trust me that's alot.If it weren't for loving Tim Horton's Coffee they would have only got one star

Every time I go to this location nothing ever tastes right. I get the same thing every time I go to a tim hortons and it tastes just fine. I come here and it’s almost like they intentionally mess the drinks up. I keep getting less and less cream and sugar to solve my problem and it never helps. Highly disappointing considering it’s one of the very few coffee places out here.

Only come here if you feel like sitting in line for a half hour for them to get your order wrong. They are very nice about it though

Walk-in service was slow. Decaf coffee tasted burned and they were stingy with cream cheese on the bagel. This location gets a rare low rating from me... I won't go back.

I had an order for one item only , dozen doughnut.There’s one car in front of me in the drive through, when I moved in front of the window I saw my doughnut box was ready on the shelf.But the workers were preparing drinks for the cars behind me for about 10 minutes until they opened the window and handed my doughnut.Another thing that one of the workers she is a lady with red hair she was smoking outside and entered the kitchen when she is still smoking.I don’t know what kind of workers that your company is hiring in the stores? They aren’t following the safety procedures for the kitchen and treated the customers with disrespect.This is the last time for me to visit this location at all.Hope not seeing this in another stores of TIM HORTONS!

The store signs say drive thru is 24/7, the billboard says drive thru is 24:7, google says 24:7… i get here at 9:00pm and they are NOT OPEN. FIX your signs and billboard and google store hours!

Went yesterday through the drive thru to order one cup of coffee. The lady taking the order was having a very hard time understanding the simple order (one coffee). At the window, that same lady was visibly irritated and unpleasant. She told the customer at the speaker to, " just pull up. I can't understand nothing you're saying". I get that we all have bad days, but there really is no need to take it out on customers. We ended up paying $5.50, received two cups of coffee. Neither coffee was what I ordered. I did not want to make matters worse by trying to correct the order and get charged the correct amount. I also had a long rough day.

The greatest staff you've ever seen, even in these trying times. And of course the donuts (and breakfast menu) are amazing.Thank you Tim Hortons for brightening my day.
