There was one good worker at this establishment when I last went about a month ago, I came back to find she was no longer working there. Every time I had a salad made by any other worker it was simply thrown together and made with soggy browned lettuce. The avocado Cobb is usually one of my favorite salads however this time it was horrible, everything was brown and tasted old. The chicken was rubbery and tasted fake similar to what you would feed a dog. I will never go here again. Management should do better and maybe keep the employees that actually know how to do their job.
Honestly disappointing. I tried the summer berry salad and the flamingo smoothie. The smoothie itself was pretty good but very overpriced. The salad was actually terrible. The spring mix was not fresh at all. The chicken was very rubbery like chicken you would have at a school lunch. The strawberries were not fresh. Very overpriced for the not good quality. Only giving 1 star because the smoothie was good but for a place for to be called salad works you would expect the salad to be good.
Great, friendly staff. And I made the discovery that beyond salads they serve "frutta" bowls. What a discovery!! Acai, strawberries, bananas, granola, Nutella - you can create your own from a range of fruits and toppings. Best dessert I've had in quite a long time!
Craving a salad today, I drove 9 miles to try something new. I give it a C-. So much room for improvement to what could be a great establishment. Payed extra to add baked tofu to my buffalo bleu salad. Never got it. Bummer. The buffalo flavoring certainly leaves something to be desired as it is bland and not at all tangy or spicy (which is basically the point of buffalo sauce). A good percentage of the spinach was slimy and I had to remove all of that before eating the rest. My husband enjoyed his Bentley salad, but had the same complaints about the slimy spinach. I may give them a shot once more if I'm in the area but I won't make that drive for the salads alone. Perhaps some more flavor in the topping choices and quality control on that spinach might make it worth the $14 I paid for my salad. And of course to receive the extra toppings I ordered.
Didn’t taste as good as it sounded! Tomatos didn’t taste fresh in my salad. Chicken was very standard. Ordered with spring mix, got romaine instead. I would say need some improvements in taste Forsure.

We were looking forward to having a new salad place near by. However we were so disappointed. The carrots tasted like mildew. The cucumbers looked liked they had been frozen and were not good. We asked for another dressing and never received it. When I called to complain the owner said that my complaints were interesting and was very sarcastic. I said that this is a new place and the customers should be catered to. She offered me free food but I did not want to try anything else. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews.

Tried today first time and very disappointed with the service and food. The people at the store did not know how to make anything and how to pack and how to give customer services. Very bad service. If I need to give any number from 1 to 10 for service, food, taste, presentation and others, I give -10. I am not going their again and will advice my friend and family the same thing. Thanks
My first visit to this salad works the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my Asian salad and lobster bisque soup was just what the Dr ordered.Portions were generous and produce was fresh.Two thumbs up!!!
