The Drive thru at this location is never open!!(Remove your drive thru listing on Google as it is never open, it's ridiculous!) Zero "stars" 0!Check your order carefully before leaving this location no less than 4 times this location has failed to put the bread bowl in the bag.I suggest going to the Panera location on Novi road just south of Grandriver Ave. The Novi location's drive thru is open 100% of the time, it is a good location, order accuracy is perfect, the employees are friendly.
I was shocked with the terrible service. I ordered a bowl of soup, two bagels and a cup of coffee to dine in. I was surprised to get the bowel of soup in a paper bag and the bagels in another paper bag. When I asked for a tray, the manager told me that they don’t provide trays since he does not enough workers!. Later on, I tried to get a cup of decaf, but the coffee pot was empty! I asked a worker who happened to be refilling the napkin drawer, who told me “ the person at the register would make it for you” but there was nobody at the register. I asked again, only to get the same answer. Well, it is bad bad bad as I was really annoyed. By the way, the manager’s style communicating with customers is very rude. I don’t think he is aware of his attitude/ behavior but he is. Can’t figure out how he became a manager. He needs to learn how to be more customer oriented and at the minimum try to be more courteous and put a smilel .on his face.
First time going there and the food was great, but it wasn't very clean especially the women's bathroom floors were not clean and no paper towels. Carpet area needed some attention too.
People don't order rapid pickup in the app to be handed an empty cup. They order online to come in and get out quickly. I've ordered flavored coffee there and you cannot add the flavors because they're not out in the self serve area. Same with iced flavored coffee. How the hell do you expect people to make iced coffee in self serve with boiling hot coffee that melts the Ice instantly.Cancelling my sip club. Bye. Will not order there again.
Newly opened. Food was pretty good and workers seemed happy. But being brand new, I was surprised that it was so dirty. Tables not wiped off, floors never swept. I was shocked to realize that if the front was so dirty, what was the kitchen like….The photos I added were from this morning… the just opened and it was obviously not cleaned last night.
This one lady working here was so arrogant.(As of 4/16/22) It was our first time in Panera (we just arrived here from another country...) and as we did not know where we could get our free coffee we asked this lady who was refilling the coffee. ..Maybe our English was bad, she just said "nothing" with no smiles or anything and just pointed her fingers towards the coffee. Well thanks for that! Such an unwelcoming way to treat a customer like that. Besides that experience, the food & drinks in overall was great and we liked it, but will stay away from this place.

New management is worse compared to the old location across the street, always with an attitude and aggressive.
Worst Panera. Don’t go thru drive through lane. Waited 30 minutes in line to get food. You are trapped in the drive through lane with no way to get out. When you finally get to the speaker to order food, they warn you that it will take another 15 minutes. You’re trapped in the lane with no option to leave.

Hi I came to the location in commerce, and the customer service was so good and everybody were so nice and friendly especially Heather. Heather was so helpful with my order she was so friendly that’s why I like to come here a lot more than any other location.
