Excellent sandwiches, salads and baked goods. Not a bacon and eggs type of place for breakfast. Cafeteria no table service. Staff willing to help if you ask for it.
A bit expensive, but the food is good! The customer service is excellent and the cafe is relatively clean. Recommend coming here!
I have a severe dairy allergy. There is an employee here who is very knowledgeable about food allergies, and she told me about her brother with severe food allergies and the precautions she has to take with him. She takes the time to greet me at the window every day on my lunch break, and encourages me that she won’t let my coffee get cross contaminated. Some other employees don’t seem to be as knowledgeable of food allergens and have told me there is a risk of contamination, even though the vanilla almond cold brew is prepared separately. I wish I knew this employee’s name, but I don’t remember. She always has a smile on her face and I feel comfortable that I won’t have an allergic reaction. She would be great at training on food safety and allergens. She always has such a positive attitude, and it’s great that she prioritizes food safety to keep me out of the hospital. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise!
C’mon Panera!! Can you get any cheaper? well I understand you have been burning a reputation as the most overpriced sandwiches on the planet, do you really need to start cutting back on the portion so much that you can hardly see the meat when the bread is removed? Is this what you call a nearly $10 chicken salad sandwich? ( I am hoping to figure out how to post the hilarious pic of a Panera sandwich)

Great quality and great food. We usually order for pick-up. Haven't had 1 problem with an incorrect order yet - they follow directions very well. Also, appreciate that the sandwiches and salads are not skimpy. Veggies are always fresh. Also, appreciate that utensils and napkins are always added to the order - even when I forget to mention it. FYI: the dining room is always clean & maintained. Obviously management and employees care about the service they're providing. Definitely would recommend this Panera to everyone! Enjoy!
Much better experience this time around at the Cafe. I dined in for breakfast and worked on a project for a couple of hours. Nice and clean. Friendly service.
Forgets things 10/10 times even when asked politely to please not forget stuff. I’ve given them DOZENS of chances due to convenience of location. Going to the Haggerty location from now on!
Amazing food! The sandwiches are fresh and perfect! I like the avocado turkey sandwich with extra cucumber. The coffee was hot and ready. My favorite coffee is the hazelnut. They have different cream and sugar options right by the coffee you can choose from as well.
I ordered a pepporine pizza and a chicken Caesar salad. Ended up getting a piece of Flatbread with ketchup and a Caesar salad with no chicken. You are not allowed to speak to the staff. Stay away from this place
