Waited 8 minutes to be seated - only 2 customers in restaurant. Employees were sitting at a table eating and drinking towards the back not paying attention to anyone coming in- someone poked their head back to tell them they had a customer to seat - a lady with Blue hair went to seat me but the tables were dirty and the floor was gross! So she told me to have a seat across the side and put my menu down and walked away- when I walked over that table and the one behind it was dirty as well - I waited for someone to come out of the back to help me - I asked her if she could please clean the table and seat and she got upset - when she finally cleaned it she took a paper towel and a spray bottle and quickly wiped it - proceeded to ask for my order and walked away - when my food came it was cold I asked for it heated - there was so much mayo on the sandwich you couldn’t eat it - I waited 20 mins for the waitress to come back and then had to wait for the manager- he explained that Olga’s wants them to put a lot of mayo on the sandwiches ?? there was so much you could have used it for 4 sandwiches! This restaurant has always been one of our favorites but today it was awful
They really need help. Polite staff but extremely slow service beginning at the wait to be seated. The food was okay.
The restaurant is clean and the waitresses friendly. Every time we come, it takes at least 1.5 hours —- we order as soon as we are seated and ask for our bill when we get our food. (We learned the hard way.) orders are usually ‘almost’ correct - enough that you won’t send it back and you’ll just pick out whatever you asked to be left off.If you have 2 hours for a leisurely weekday lunch in a half-full restaurant; this is the place for you!I would give them less stars but I know it is hard to get staff, and the ones they have are pleasant (that said, waitress staff numbers doesn’t seem to be a problem; no idea on the kitchen). This is more of a lunch-on-a-time clock warning.
I swore this location off a few years back due to horrible service and gross food. We decided to try it one more time today, and were beyond disappointed. Our waitress had a horrible attitude. We never received part of our order. When we asked for napkins, we didn’t get any. The worst part was when I found hair in my food! The manager was great and did not charge us, but the overall experience was horrible. I will never go back to this location!
Great food as always and exceptional service, even while being short-staffed.They keep this location clean and accommodating consistently.
Food was really good and staff friendly. Bathroom not the cleanest. My original olga was perfect and snackers were just right not over cooked or over seasoned. Enjoyable!

Olgas is always a go to. The food every time is delicious and always so fast! I’ve had several waitresses and waiters and all of them are wonderful. I have not had them mess up my order once, and I go there all the time.
My family of 4 went to Olga's today to have dinner. We sat for over 30 minutes, no water, no waitress. We watched 4 other families be served, while we did not even ask for our DRINKS. We waited 30 minutes, ONLY because my husband believed we would be served soon. We watched 3 other families who arrived AFTER US, be served first (not one server asked if we wanted WATER, both of them looked at us multiple times, so there is no possible way they did not see us). We left after waiting an entire 30 minutes to be served any water, no one tried to stop us or ask if we had any issues. We will NEVER return to this location.
Service was good. Our food was prepared well and we were satisfied. The restaurant seemed to be clean upon arrival. Staff was friendly and warm.
