I didn’t expect 5 star food like at Giovanni ´s but I expected better than this. I ordered chicken piccata - wasn’t even breaded and honestly the cutlets were just on the border of being burnt. There were heard very brown edges they almost made me think it was stale but it was just over cooked. I didn’t care for the marinara sauce either, very acidic and the pasta hasn’t even had time to soak in the sauce. Cheesecake for dessert, sadly it wasn’t much like cheesecake, more like cheesecake flavored pudding. I wanted to like it because the reviews were good but the whole meal was disappointing. I will admit the piccata sauce was good but that’s all.
Obsessed!! Forget Olive garden or any other “fancy” corporate italian conglomerate and take your business to these amazing people instead! Their food and service is beyond words and I absolutely love their Tiramisu by the way. These folks work hard day and night to deliver fresh, quality food that deserves more recognition for sure. Definitely recommend!!
Forgot my chips and there was a piece of hair in my fettuccine alfredo. Other than that the food was good.
I received a very large catering order on January 1st and I was on my way to pick it up and then I received a call from the restaurant asking me why I swiped that I was at the restaurant on my doordash app???? I told the lady on the phone that I'm on my way and its going to take me 10-15 minutes because it was snowing and the roads were slippery but she kept insisting why I swiped my app. I have never had this issue with any other restaurant in the area and I have completed more than 10,000 deliveries. The lady kept saying the food will become cold and I told her that I cannot fly but she kept arguing on the phone with me when I was driving to safely arrive at the restaurant. You guys need to hire your own delivery drive so they can follow your rules because doordash drivers are 3rd party private contractors! this call should not have even happened.
Seven years living in West Bloomfield and first time ordering from Napoletana Classic Italian. We used Grubhub. One of the dinners ordered, a $23 veal parmigiana, was missing from the delivery. Received a refund on that portion, but most certainly not a great first experience.UPDATE: The owner called to personally apologize for the mishap, which was a pleasant surprise. The gesture was very much appreciated, as most would not bother to take the time. Receiving the phone call will definitely move us to try again.
Best Italian food in Michigan that I've had. Way better than Crispellis Bakery, Bar Verona (except when it comes to desserts), and Carraba's. This place serves really fancy, even for takeout. And their noodles are very good quality which is rare to find. I love the pizza here. Can't wait to take my date here.
Love the food, staff seems a little off/having a bad day when I come in sometimes by the way they don't greet you
Chicken Cacciatore was great!
The service at this restaurant was good. They are courteous and polite and the order was ready quickly. They also have later hours (for the area) which is convenient if looking to eat a meal later than the standard restaurant closing time. The food was okay. Not bad, just okay.
The food is great. We had a chicken wrap, a tenderloin kebab and the garlic sauce with fresh bread. The family loved it!
