Waitress was rude. We had to ask for water 2 times before she actually brought it. And she never refilled it. Garlic does not come with the bread anymore. Got charged $1 extra for each small side. When we asked if this was a new rule she said no she just felt like charging us. They used to give a side plate of garlic for the table. Now they only give 1 little 2oz cup for the table to share. And if you ask for more you get charged. We tried to order baba ghanoush and they were out and they were also out of house fries and a couple other things we tried to order. Won’t be back especially because of the waitress she walks around with long blonde hair not tied up and it touches peoples food when she is serving.
ENAM IS VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I GREETED HER AND SHE JUST IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO KEEP LOOKING AT ME. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND HER COWORKERS. SHE KEPT YELLING AT THEM. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Other than that everything was good. Our server, Ahmad was amazing. Every time he would make a conversation with me and my boyfriend, she would yell at him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Disgusting behavior from Enam. Very disappointed because we love this restaurant and Ahmad, he’s a good guy.
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed a carry out order tonight for mujadra, rice, two smoothies, and a falafel sandwich. I was excited because this was the first place I ever ate mujadra and it was delicious...that time. The smoothies were extra thin like water, the garlic sauce had a weird taste, and the onions on the mujadra were not onions that they fried in house but the breaded fried onions from the grocery store. I called to let them know because for $40 I expected better. Also, I was picking up this carryout to eat on the run. The guy told me that it was my choice to order that particular dish. And then proceeded to lie about the onions not being made fresh and that they were just well done. I cook all the time. I know my way around the kitchen so I know fresh fried onions when I see and rate them.All he offered was to come get a sandwich and extra garlic for my inconvenience.No thanks. Never going back. Even when I placed the order over the phone they were rushing me off before I could finish. I should've known then.

The food is so good and flavorful, hot and fresh tasting as well. Great customer service!! I ordered takeout and everything was fantastic .
I just got some carry out and it was phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, just what the soul needed on this cold December night. The hummus, lentil soup and Beef shish kebab were outstanding. I have beenTo several locations and the Waterford location knocked the ball out of the park tonight. Thank you so much.
Hospitality was spot on. Now I say with regret that I have been to almost every LA Marsa and the chicken dressing and salad is spot on. So much that everytime I come into Michigan I eat at one of their many location atleast twice a week, but this one had old dry chicken like it was cooked and then heated up 5 minutes later. The dressing sub par. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
We went here for the first time tonight and beyond disappointed in the food. Dry tasteless chicken. No seasonings on the food. The salad was all parsley, with a handful of tomotos. Literally choked down the food. I won’t be back.

Second time eating here when in the area. Got a platter to try as much as possible and EVERYTHING is very good. Highly recommend it
