Be proactive, if your online services are having issues maybe you should turn it off instead of taking people's money then to wait 3-5 days.
Ordered a pizza with extra light cheese. Received it with extra heavy cheese. This is ALWAYS an issue. I even make a point to say “can you please make sure it’s very light bc it never is when I receive it” got cut off by a rude ok before I even got to finish my sentence. Not to mention Last time I ordered it was cold when it got dropped off.I’m done with this location.

LOVED the barbeque pizza. We never order pizza but did so because our grandchildren wanted it. Now I can't wait to get it again.

first time ordering...ordered new york style pizza...not even close to ny pizza...also ordered Caesar salad...salad came with iceberg lettuce...unheard of...terrible ...will never order jet's again...so very disappointed...when i asked the manager about the salad he said they use the same lettuce mix for all salads.

This is by far the best Jet's Pizza around. Not only is the food amazing every time but the customer service is excellent. Well deserved 5 stars!!!
