We arranged for alate night pizza for our daughter’s wedding and spoke with a representative twice at this location. When I called to find out why it hadn’t come yet, they said they left a message and said that we were 1 mile out of the area – which they knew when we had placed the order - and said they would they would not bring it. Way to go dominoes!
The workers there are so rude! I asked if they had any specials for their pizza and he told me to look online and give him a call back! I am on the phone with them why would I need to check online for the specials??????? Very poor customer service. Never ordering again from here
Finally a manager that knows what he's doing! Over the last few weeks the food and service here has become amazing. (Although, they are still severely understaffed. Sometimes at night they don't have a driver- thats fine, the marsh is gorgeous and just up the road. Domino's and a sunset ? ) The food smells, looks, and tastes better!! AND sn the GM is seems to be a great guy. He's hilarious and just creates the perfect atmosphere. Great job!
The new management and staff are really on point, the food was well made and they were polite and courteous. Still light on staff but night and day compared to the old ownership. Give these guys another shot.
Ha... We ordered a pizza and cheese bread at 6:08pm on 3/5. After an hour we called to check the delivery status knowing they could be busy... No answer. We called about 15-20 times over the next two hours and now answer. Sometimes it would continue to ring, sometimes it would ring 3 times and hang up. Then we get a notification that the driver left the store with our delivery at 9:16. It's now 9:49 as I'm writing this and we still haven't received anything. Now of course they charge our credit card for the full amount. I will be visiting this store tomorrow and I will be speaking with corporate on Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous!
The owner and management of this location should be ashamed. My experience last night was the most embarrassing and deplorable one I’ve ever had at a fast food pizza chain....actually, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. When I arrived to the store, there were four people “working” behind the counter. There was one couple in front of me placing an order which took ten minutes. Finally someone acknowledged me, asked my name and then said outloud “well, it’s about time!” Shocked at what I heard, considering I arrived 30 minutes after the pizza tracker marked my order as complete, I pretended I didn’t hear what she just said. Then the cashier asked my name, looked at her computer screen for a minute and couldn’t even express to me that my order wasn’t actually ready. Mind you, this was an hour after placing my order online. Confusing? Yeah, I was baffled too. Then, the whole place seemed to fall apart. One employee started cursing at the others and threw a giant blue tray thing on the ground. The energy was so hostile and toxic that I didn’t feel comfortable being there. If I was younger, I probably would’ve pulled out my phone to capture what was happening to put it in social media for others to witness. I then asked five times for them to cancel my order give me a refund. Finally, someone said outloud, order “709 cancel.” I left and went down the street to Jets. The order was not canceled. I have not received my money back. Looks like I have to contact corporate.
I ordered two large pizzas for delivery online. Email estimated 44 mins for delivery. After waiting over an hour, I called the store to inquire. No one answered the phone until my 5th call-I was placed on hold for 7 mins and then told the estimated delivery time would be an additional 30 mins. I politely requested a refund. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unapologetic about the inconvenience. I requested an email confirmation of my refund and the employee denied said request. When I ultimately spoke to “the manager” she was just as unprofessional as the employee who initially took my call and refused to give me her name. I wish I could give zero stars but instead I will patronize other restaurants that actually takes pride in customer service. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!
We ordered pizza online, and the pizza never arrived to my apartment. We called the store and the insisted that it was delivered to the right place. After talking them we said we want a refund on the card. They refused and said to come on up to the store and yelled dare ya and hung up. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t recommend coming here ever! Pick any other place just not this place.
Complete fail. I can understand things being a little loose on timing when you place an order near closing time, that's normal. But I at least expect that when I place an order half an hour before the posted closing time and arrive to pick it up ten minutes later that the store will actually be open. If you're not open, don't take orders, it's not a difficult concept.
Horrible GM woman night be the most rude and ignorant person working in pizza or customer service today!!! Should be minus 3. It is SHAMEFUL corporate allows this to continue. The excuse or lack of employées or Covid CANNOT BE USED. FEEL PITY FOR EMPLOYEES OF THIS GM Chicaya or Shekaya. Total failure . Shake on the owners.
