Love coming to Ciao! My husband and I always sit on the patio, share a bottle of wine, and have some great food! Have been pleased with everything we've ordered here.
it was closed when we pulled in to the parking lot the availability was not correct on the app i pulled in to a completely empty parking lot and had to wait 1 hour on a Saturday night to be sat at another restaurant. I don't know if this is the apps fault or the restaurant but it defiantly put a monkey wrench in my plans for the night

We had the place for a private birthday party. Nice place.plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. Great cocktails
I made a reservation through open table for the Ciao restaurant in West Bloomfield. I received the confirmation email the day before and responded that I would be there. I showed up at the restaurant for my reservation and the restaurant is closed! And apparently has been for a while. I am not from West Bloomfield so I would have no way of knowing. There was a bartender that I spoke to briefly who didn't seem to care that I was allowed to make a reservation.

Open table took my reservation. I was taking my family out to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We showed up at our scheduled reservation time only to find that the restaurant was permanently closed. Why would Open Table continue to take reservations for this closed establishment? We had to scramble to find a nearby restaurant for our group as walk ins.
