Horrible! I was the first customer to walk in and the 3 ppl who walked in after me get there order before me. Once I brought it to their attn, they quickly made my WATERY smoothie.. I asked for a manger and requested a refund. I did not an apology, a coupon, or any compensation for spending my entire lunch break waiting on a watery, super sweet smoothie!!!! Never agin, I'll stick to SIPPS in FARMINGTON
DoorDASH messed up my order by bringing me the wrong food. I called beyond juice and they said I would have to order again to get my order redelivered. They said they noticed the driver picked up the wrong order and then left but they didn't call him back. I said just refund me for the item they left as the rest of my order was fine. I spoke with the manager and he said he would do it but it's been over a week and still no refund. I tipped through the app before I got my food so I am out of that too. I am never ordering from them again or using any restaurant delivery that uses DoorDASH because this is the 2nd time they messed up my order and it was at Beyond juice the 1st time but at that time they went back to pickup what they forgot. The food was good but not worth delivery price when they can't get the delivery service to work. It's not worth the hassle, I found another place with more fresh food options.
It's very similar to the one I visited in Farmington Hills, but with more employees, who were all very polite and welcoming. The smoothies are great and the service is great, but the only reason I'm not giving them 4-stars is because they're expensive.
I ordered the Caliente. It’s supposed to have cayenne pepper and ginger in it. There was zero flavor or heat. It was all cucumber and celery juice. Which was good but I ordered it because I wanted to taste the actual cayenne and ginger that was supposed to be in it.When I called to ask a question; they answered and hung up without saying anything. So I called back. Went the guy answered he wasn’t very helpful or cared about customer service.
Visited beyond juice on orchard lake this past week and had an amazing experience! The food was very fresh and flavorful. I got the avocado turkey on a spinach tortilla, it was served with a side of salsa which had a little bit of spice but was very tasty. I was unsure on what to order for a smoothie to order and one of the very helpful employees did a great job explaining all the smoothies and helped me pick out something that I would really enjoy. I decided to get the mango tango which is banana, mango, pineapple, coconut and honey. It was greatand super fresh. this place doesn't pump in extrasugars and uses fresh fruit. They also have menu ofgluten-free and vegan options, as well an entirecold pressed juice line which I'll definitely be backto try! Overall 10 out of 10 experience here there: somuch to try, and the staff was super friendly andknowledgeable, and the store was very clean!
Never returning here again or any of their stores for that matter. This place will miss toppings and sauces on your sandwich claim they missed it but didn’t charge you for it and say they aren’t refunding your money?! I have to say that today was the last straw for me. The last few times I’ve gone in now they’ve either messed up my order or have taken way over 15 minutes to have it ready or both. I like to utilize the curbside service and for some reason they take forever to bring my items to me. Today I finally asked why the order wasn’t ready on time and apparently they missed the alert that I had been sitting out there until I called. So already frustrated after I leave I notice my order was missing an item that I had already paid for. I mean come on people GET IT TOGETHER. The Milford location that I also frequent has ZERO customer service issues. Their awesome.
The staff is friendly and the food is amazing but unfortunately this location has messed up my order many times. Firstly, I can’t eat dairy; I typically order the autumn power bowl without cheese but four different times they put feta on my bowl. Next, I ordered a wrap with salsa and there was no salsa and in the same order I got the autumn power bowl (which had no feta cheese this time) but the balsamic vinaigrette that I asked for was not there so I had no dressing. I feel that the very least the restaurant can do is contact the customer and explain that they’re out of something instead of sending an incomplete order or an order that I cannot eat.
BEYOND JUICERY+EATERY IS NOW GETTING A+++. 1st time DoorDash Delivery missing 90% of our order and delivery 2hrs. I was disappointed & when I called the restaurant noone apologized or cared. I rated them poorly. Yesterday we were at our eye appointment near there. I ordered a pickup order through DoorDash. What's amazing is how customized your orders are,NO OTHER RESTAURANT HAS ALLOWED US TO ADD& DELETE ITEMS AND OFFER DOZENS OF OPTIONS. CLEAN,DELICIOUS HEALTHY AND DEFINITELY WILL REORDER. Had 2 delicious smoothies,wrap sandwich,amazing spinach and kale salad. The prices are reasonable and portions are very generous. Ive really only had Lemonade from here, it was pretty good, and a decent size, but it had a lot of ice for $5.
