It was just ok. I got a ceasar salad and it was a bit limp and disappointing. Normally I like everything I get here though. I'd just steer clear of the salads.

Just came threw there and the food was COLD FRY WASN’T DONE! I could understand if I were driving a long distance but DAMN. Fry were uncooked like they be sitting out for 20mins then throwing in the fry.
Just wanted a quick treat, stopped in for a frosty and fries. I don't really like the new fries, I'm sure they are great for some, however if I had my choice, I'd choose the breakfast fries over any other fries they have ever made.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. The food sucks. The service sucks. Management has no customer service skills or common sense.
The drive-thru consistently takes a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes and I've rarely received a correct order. This most recent visit I ordered 2 Junior Cheeseburgers with "only ketchup". The person taking my order asked if I wanted cheese and bacon still. I said I just want cheese and ketchup on the burgers. What I received were two burgers with tomato, lettuce and mayo. The receipt says 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, No Bacon, with Ketchup. I never brought up bacon and I don't understand why they decided a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is what I wanted, minus the bacon.
So last week went there with 2 co workers and we got 3 of the same thing. 5 dollar biggie bag, coke and bbq sauce for the nuggets. So you expect there to be 3 of everything right? Nope. only 1 pack of nuggets.Today same order but also got a large chocolate frosty. Got my coke, when paying then he handed me the bag and let the window close without saying thanks or have a nice day nothing. Waited at least a minute before he opened thw indow again to give me the what look. I said large chocolate frosty? he laughed and said sorry I totally forgot. Why do you need to remember just read the screen... I was also chaged 3.01 for the frosty which when i google the price it says 2.29. No reciept so can't do anything. but the total price for my meal was $8.58.TLDR check your order before pulling away or just go to a more reliable location. I can't remember this place ever getting it all correct so I won't be going back.
I placed an order online for deliver from the Wendy's on Elizabeth lake road in Waterford when the order was delivered I did not receive any of the drinks I was missing a medium fry and the daves single the food was ice cold I reached out to the store where the manager hung up twice and then after the third time said well we won't refund you it's in door dash was rude and unhelpful I the. Reach out to the driver who said he gave me what was handed to him so I contacted door dash who said they can't give any refund because I ordered directly through Wendy's but put in a request for a refund I need this matter fixed this is unacceptable for a business to do this
i've had issues in the past with this Wendy's never giving you a receipt they claim the receipt printer has been broke for about a year now but today was the final straw literally I purchased three meals for my children and a cup of ice for myself with all our drinks having black Floaties all in the ice and drink this is the nastiest Wendy's I have been to! never again people please check your drinks and food also prices before you leave this location!
Had old lettuce on my food asked for no ketchup or tomato’s still had it on there was just werid first time having a issue guess time to go to a different one so ashamed do cause I did love this store at one point plus strawberry lemonade wasn’t even mixed
